I’m satisfied most of the time, the people there are awesome, but, I was one of the 2 cars in line, 20 min till closing time, my car was not saturated all the way with the sprayer, the person that was spraying the cars did it so fast and did not even take the time to make sure my car was all wet. I have had a I have been a member for almost a year now, and I will recommend anyone to Froggy's but my experience tonight was not so great. As soon as I went through the wash, it seemed that the young man couldn’t wait to get on his phone, and didn’t seem to happy to be at work.

Luca was so helpful and educated me on the monthly membership options. This is my first time and will return because of his supervisor customer service. He wasn't racist and wasn't lazy when it came to helping figure out what I wanted to do. This car was is clean and has a futuristic look. I recommend this place to everyone.

I recently used the drive through carwash because I have a pass for the month. I use the one on Everhard usually but I decided to use the one in Whipple Ave. I noticed that the brushes seemed a little more rough..well I purchased gas right after and noticed 2 luggage rack pieces were missing. I went back and they said they couldn't find anything. I just had my truck detailed recently so I know they were perfectly fine. I asked the manager on duty about it and she claimed they clean the pit once a month and their is a disclaimer apparently that voids any damage. So my $25 per month car wash just cost me an additional $100 because I have to order new items for my truck. Needless to say I will cancel the memebership from here.

I bought a monthly package. Their dryers don't dry off the back of your car. Too good or wash. I won't be going there to get another monthly. They don't have anybody to dry off or maybe do your wheels. They don't offer any kind of air freshener or towels.

Never leave reviews but for $22 nobody available to do the tire shine After I paid for it and whole bottom of my truck is still dirty, bugs and dirt all over the front of my truck still. Wash my truck four days ago was completely spotless. Was just traveling to the area and wanted to get some road grime and bugs off. It’s like I never even got a car wash!

Very nice car wash, monthly membership a plus, drive up, the camera registers your license plate and just go directly to the wash, they offer free vacuum service also. If your in the area of their locations you can wash your car everyday under the monthly plan. Great customer service, friendly employees. Drive off with an amazing clean shiny vehicle. Highly recommend

Two girls sprayed my car before I went into the wash and I still left there with bird droppings on the roof. It was like the top was only sprayed with water and the brushes never hit the roof. Brushes barely hit the front of my car as well. They started out directly in front if it but then went way to the sides and didn't touch my car until after the mirrors. I was hopeful with the price of the unlimited monthly washes, but I went back to Dad's.

Paid $10 for a car wash and it did nothing but spray water on it. My car is still very dirty. Half of the vacuums do not work either.

Froggy's Haunted Car Wash 2023 is on Whipple in Belden this year! This really surprised me! Yes, you get your car washed, but the atmosphere is fantastically spooky! It felt like all the employees were present, dressed to scare... there were so many! This is such a novel idea, you have to check it out before it's over! As for the regular non-haunted review... this is a great car wash! Best of all are the free vacuums! The employees are always friendly and of course, you get a great car wash!
