★☆☆☆☆ I am only rating this NOT because of the car wash itself but for the AWFUL high pitch noise that it emits ALL DAY LONG. I no longer enjoy taking outside for that reason. I can even hear it in our office. It's just HORRIBLE and I wish they would do something about it.

★☆☆☆☆ Hard pass. TLDR: the sign up process is terrible. The attendants don’t know what’s going on. The managers are saying one thing, but it’s not true. My experience: Signed up because the 1/2 off promo. Registered through the QR code on 10/25. Went up to get my first car wash. The attendant says “you just bought this, it’s not going to be in my system.” Umm ok. Then why have the QR code to buy now? He says: come back in 24 hours. You should get a confirmation email. Ugh. Fine. I didn’t have anytime later that week. To be fair, I’m a once in a while car wash guy - so I thought I have a month I’ll be back next week. I never received an email. No text. No reply. Nothing. Out of sight out of mind. Again my fault for not remembering, but to be honest, it’s weird not to get ANY correspondence after purchasing something? A few weeks later I swing by. 11/11. For my first wash. Explain that I never received an email, text, or any confirmation. I thought they should have an app?? Explain that I want to cancel my membership. I have no confidence they know I’m in the system. The manager says, no problem - I’ll extend your membership to 12/11. Very cool. But I’m still canceling. He says fine. You have washes until 12/11. So this morning, I have a little time. I go to get my car washed (11/30). No bueno. The bar won’t go up. The attendant comes out. Looks at the machine and says I’m not valid. The attendant says “you cancelled this on 10/24). Today is 11/30. You’re way passed the expiration date.” 🙄 I explained the manager here said I have until 12/11? She said nope. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. There’s no email, text, or app. The registration process was extremely clunky and can’t be validated. Waste of time and money. Won’t return.
