This place is called “no gimmicks” but it should be called “nothing but cheating.” They have a sign on the street that says $5 car wash but their cheapest wash is actually $20. Don’t come here.

They did a good job detailing the interior of my vehicle, and washed the exterior too. Polished everything nicely. I bought the service through Groupon and called to schedule an appointment. Took roughly 3 hours to complete. Owner was kind and easy to work with.

Machine was broken at the entrance but a kind employee quickly came and allowed me to purchase my wash with card. Quick and easy. The $5 wash itself is comparable to what you get paying over $10 at other locations. My only complaint is the lack of much drying power. The vacuums were more powerful and cloths more damp than anywhere else I’ve gone to. Overall a very good experience! I wish I had come here sooner

I came here on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised that it was not busy. Lucky for me so my car can get the attention it deserves :p They did a fantastic job. It was quite dirty since I have not washed it since returning from a road trip back in June. I selected the Works Service and I saw a brand new car like when I first purchased it in March. Even the interior smelled like new. I gave the guys a good tip and told them I will be back.

I miss the Chandler Blvd location that is now closed. I have given the Warner/Kyrene location 2 tries and each time I was very disappointed. They are not detailed...they will not vacuum out pocket on doors, an open center console or cup holders! The manager was horrible- definitely lacking work ethic...as to where his employees get it. I hope the son of Francis that ownes this location reads the reviews and makes changes! Im sorry, what business are they in?!?!

I always have a great experience going here to get my car washed. I have a Jeep with a rack and lights, and most places won't wash it. Never a problem here. It's also never crowded, don't know why, my car always turns out great

Super quick detail that I had no reservation for and they finished my car in 45 minutes which usually is a 2h service for what I wanted done. My car feels so clean and It definitely put me in a good mood to be in a fresh clean car! 10/10 service!!

Waited for 40 minutes and they didn’t even get to my car and I needed to get to work in 30 minutes. I asked if I could come back the next day, Thursday and agent said how about Friday. I said ok. I show up on Friday and there are signs everywhere saying they are temporarily closed for renovations. Agent knew this was going to happen but was adamant about me coming back in two days. Already paid for my wash. This is DISHONESTY TO THE MAX!!!

Went in on Sunday around 4pm. Got the ultimate package which included door/dash and vacuum, and also got seats conditioned. Highly recommend, fair price and excellent service, staff were friendly and done a great job. Nice waiting area to hang out while waiting on car.

It was nice just getting a good value for a car wash without being upsold anything. The business is a small, no-frills kind of place. Its signage and equipment isn't the newest and prettiest, but what mattered was my car came out clean. I got the $5 wash, which is a good value these days and it didn't get some of the baked on tree sap and dead bugs, but a was able to get those with a little bit of water and some towels. Again, for $5, I won't complain.

I came to No Gimmicks as I was looking for a detail on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee that I was looking to sell and they did a spectacular job - I would easily come back and recommend them to anyone in the Valley - I was staying nearby but drive across town to them cause they were that good and the value was evident.

I wish I had taken before and after pictures but I didn't. Here is just one part of my car I had took a pic of and how they left it. They did an AMAZING job. My car is so clean I don't want to let anyone in it! They took two hours and I was even given a water bottle while I waited. I dog sit do there was dog hair embedded in my carpets, spills had happened and they literally got rid of all the dog hair and spills. I had the interior and exterior detail and they even cleaned my trunk. I had stuff in there and when they put the stuff back in it wasn't just thrown in, it was organized nicely. 10/10 recommend.

not very busy, they take the time to do a great job on your car without waiting any longer than the quick joke jobs the other big names may do due to their volume UPDATE: they changed their ownership!!! Look for "NO GIMMICK" coming within 3 months!!! also they are giving away free car washes but I don't fully recommend until they change their name because they are using the old Francis and Sons equipment until they're allowed to do such but I've scene the packaged up new equipment ready to install as soon as they're allowed to!

The staff here were awesome! Very friendly and attentive. My jeep was absolutely trashed from my dogs hair being everywhere and red dirt from off-roading (it was so dirty to the point where I felt bad even bringing it in lol). They did a great job. It looks so beautiful now and I was only in their waiting lobby for about an hour and 15 minutes total. I also got a Groupon and for the price it is a great deal!

I moved out of AZ for six months, and when I moved back, I went straight to the car wash again, and nothing has changed. My review below from a year ago is still accurate. Keep it up, guys! Great people! Hermando took care of me, and his guys made the car shine inside and out. The seats, dash, floor mats, and carpets appear brand new. The tires and wheels look amazing, and they buffed out some minor scratches as well. For a 2019, it really looks brand new. Thanks so much!

Great job, I was really happy with the end result! My van was in bad shape- it’d been years since the last detail so it definitely needed it. I didn’t give 5 stars because a lever was broken on our middle seat but they were quick to help work out a solution. The seats were wet for about 36 hours, the carpet was wet for a day or so but where our spare tire is, the cover for it was soaking and we had to wring it out multiple times. We ended up placing a space heater in our van for 2 nights, as well as opening up all doors during the day with it parked in the sun to try and get it to dry out; quite a hassle. Their customer service is amazing though, detail is pretty good, they’re efficient and I’m happy. My husband wasn’t as happy, he felt like spots were missed; inside the gas door was untouched, top of the windows was filthy, still dead bugs on the grill of the vehicle, spots inside not thoroughly cleaned, etc. then to find the seat handle broken, he was disappointed. But again, they took care of the seat handle immediately and I feel they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and their business.
