This place really does a terrible job for the price. Didn’t vacuum thoroughly in front, and didn’t vacuum the back at all. Didn't clean the windows, didn't even get the outside of the car thoroughly, still small spots and areas missed. all for almost 60$ "platinum" wash option.

Besides the wash being a car show with the amount of incredible cars , the team does a great job cleaning and making the cars look great. The team here consistently does an excellent job from start to finish. Have gas pumps making it an easy weekly pit stop. (Gas is cheaper elsewhere.) Plus clean restrooms, great place to buy greeting cards or cold beverage. Always clean. Lots of shaded outdoor seating. Can leave your car and come back later to pick up. Excellence for over 20 years.

Updating Review: been going to this car wash since it was Beacon Bay, always been happy with them. For the first time ever I had an issue. Drove away and noticed a large crack in the windshield, I honestly couldn’t believe it had just happened. Drove back and asked to see the video footage to see if it had happened there or before I got there. Was met with all kinds of excuses from the manager when I wasn’t even blaming them I was just surprised and asking the question. Lost a 10-15 year customer because of how they reacted.

Asked over the phone and confirmed they are closed at 6pm on Monday. Arrived at 5:30pm today, Monday, June 30th. This is place is closed! Nobody is here! Google hours please update!

I recently visited this car wash, and the experience was disappointing due to the service from David, who checks the cars in. He was extremely impolite and overly pushy with upselling services. Instead of offering helpful suggestions, he came across as demanding and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The car wash itself is fine, but the poor customer service from David makes it hard to justify coming back. A more respectful and customer-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

I have been to this car wash many times and unfortunately I feel like I have thrown my money away. I have been there because it’s convenient but today I paid $52 for a car wash and to shampoo one floor mat which I told them part of a milkshake had been spilled on. When I got my car, the mat had not been shampooed even though I paid separately for that and there was still milkshake all over my center console. I’m not sure what they did except drive my car through the car wash and dry it off, but the mats in the back were not Vacuumed and nothing was wiped down. This seems to be the norm here. I try not to complain and be respectful of people working service jobs especially since I own a business myself but $52 is a lot for a car wash to not get a clean car.

Literally just went here paid 42 dollars for a my suv to be washed they charged extra 9 dollars for freaking tire dressing. Go out to get it in and there’s water all over my vehicle and the guy standing there telling me it’s ready! Unbelievably pathetic Awful They have no problem ripping people off cuz they know everyone has $$ in the area which shouldn’t matter whatsoever! I’ll continue to tell everyone I know to never go there

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! When you pay $80 for a premium car wash, and they still do a horrible job, then you must question the place. I have been to this car wash so many times, and they keep raising prices constantly. The service is horrible, the employees who clean your cars have no clue of what a clean car meant to be. If you pay the highest price of car wash services they offer or the lowest price, they still come out the same. It is sad for me to write this review because this place is next to where a live, but it is just stupid to take your car there knowing that down the street they do the same for much less and better quality.

They completely ignored our car and multiple cars that arrived after ours were washed and dried before they got to ours. If you don’t drive a high end vehicle, don’t bother. Over-priced and not worth it at all.

If you're just getting a HANDWASH then buy the GOLD WASH ($47.99). The PLATINUM WASH ($59.99) and DIAMOND WASH ($79.99) are over $10 & $30 more respectively and give NO NOTICEABLE benefits. Don't get ripped off. Save your money. Just get the Gold Wash. Now you know.

Superb Overall Experience. Let me start by saying that I am a resident of Corona Del Mar flower streets, and have an office in the same neighborhood as Newport Beach car wash next to Muldoon's Pub and Spa Gregorie's. From the moment you drive up, Anthony greets you with a smile. Courteous, knowledgeable and most of all careful. At first he could tell I was not sure whether I should get the paint buffed, or just spray waxed, so he said "let me take a quick look at your paint" and proceeded to look around and check the paint detail. Anthony actually told me that I would not need the most expensive polish, which made me feel very comfortable and because of that I wound up signing up for the clay bar and gold wash wash monthly membership. When I mentioned Anthony was careful it was because he looked inside to see whether or not we should shampoo the carpets and noticed that there were something very valuable there, a watch and said "Wow, that is beautiful, you should place it in your glove compartment" and it was that kind of detail, especially when you're leaving something like your brand new 750 in someone else's hands that really makes you feel like it's not gonna be a problem. And then of course the cargoes into one of the better machines in the county has 3 or 4 people brushing detailing as it's going through covered in snow foam, comes out the other end with a designated car dryer who literally details every into the car making sure there are no water spots in my case the car rolled out rolled into a Bay immediately lube we started sprayed on it followed by clay barring the whole process took about an hour and a 1/2 it was a very very high quality clay bar, my paint felt like glass, followed by a hand wax and all I can say is that I spent about 20 or 30 minutes in the gift shop looking around at all the different things and walked out to seeing my car look better than showroom shine this is the last place I'm ever going to have to wash my car thank you Anthony thank you beautiful sweet lady at the cashier's register who told me The card I picked out for my mom was actually very funny, and thank you to and believe his name was either Javier or Jose who dried the car. I left them with a nice $20 tip because like I said, it looked mint. Newport Beach Car Wash Is the best car wash in Orange County.

Honestly really disappointed having come here. For the $155 cost and the lack of attention to detail it truly isn’t worth it. Not only that, whatever oil they use to clean the inside of your car will leave it smelling like cheap gas station cologne. Avoid if you are sensitive to fragrances. Oil residue everywhere, particularly stuck in the air vents.

Refused to detail the car due to short staffing. Understandlable except for the 10 guys just standing around. Cashier was a rude white guy who then came outside to make sure may car wasn't detailed. They did a poor job on the regular wash. Skip this business...better wash on Coast Highway

Paid 53 dollars for a car wash with black dots leaving all over the front of the car and the front window. Make sure you check their work before you leave and don’t go there if you’re in a hurry.
