All I'm going to say is totally unprofessional! I took my classic up there to get detailed, and my $15 car wash essentially ended up costing me $350 to get corrected. The guy sprayed degreaser on hot rims, which ended up oxidizing my rims and turning the rims dull. It was almost like an aluminum finish when he got done. I had to turn right around and take it to another detailer who took off all 4 wheels one at a time and cut and buff rims back to chrome finish. I mentioned to the guy at New Jax City car wash that my rims were damaged, but he showed really no accountability. So I then attempted to contact the other owner to rectify the the problem, which I was told and I quote " mane man what you want me to do, I'm driving outta town right now" and hung up..... A simple I apologize for what happened, please bring the car back up here so we can fix the problem would have sufficed!
