Horrible experience. Not only does the car not come clean, they left my keys on the windshield instead of inside the car as asked. As a result, the keys were lost!! They were actually very rude about it when I asked for help finding them.

I got really poor service here. It's very expensive I spend $55 and my car still was dirty, when I complained some of these guys told me that I payed only for interior and it wasn’t even cleaned inside not for exterior, after they did me a favor and rewashed my car

Every time I go here, the rear of my car is still visibly dirty and the interior windshield streaked. I have now officially given up on this place. They do not do a good job and have resented my suggestion that they clean the back.

Paid $35.00 for a full inside /outside works wash, complete waste of money. Update 11 months later, thought I would give it another try*. Paid for there Manger special $45.00 with a full buff and polish. Again complete waste of money. They buffed 15 % of the car I watched them. Interior was hardly touched, wheels were still dirty.

I always have my car washed in Norwalk but thought I would call ahead to find out the services to try to keep business in town. They couldn't tell me what they do for each price: $14.89, $22, $27 $32 on up. Since they don't have a website, it might be good if the person answering the phone had a cheat sheet describing each level of service. I will give it a try and cross my fingers. I would have preferred not to have to rate this, but I had to in order to post. I give them the three stars for answering the phone.

Just left this place and while the outside came out beautiful, they completely left the inside of the vehicle filthy. I can visible see dust on my dash and cup holder left with crumbs. I'm not sure why they even bothered entering the vehicle with rags and cleaners to begin with. Lazy!

I consistently get really poor service here. It's very expensive and my cars interior never comes out clean. Don't waste your money on anything other than an exterior wash. One time they removed one of my floor mats to wash them and failed to put it back in after cleaning it. Returned a few days later to retrieve it and barely an apology or offer for rewash etc.

If you enjoy getting your car back with the mirrors left in, the gas cap open and your seats in insane positions this is the place for you!! They do an OK job on cleaning the outside, however the inside has dirt and dust inside. They also aren’t particularly friendly. Officially given up on this place.

I brought my husband's car here and superficially it looked good, but it was not deep cleaned. The price was alright for an interior/exterior wipe down, and they were quick, about 15 minutes. When we got home his plastic trunk mat was missing. I went back to pick it up and got my car washed while I was there. Again, a very superficial cleaning. What aggravated me enough to write a bad review was that I paid for the best service they offer, the Manager's Special. My trunk was still dirty. I pointed it out and asked if they could vacuum the trunk. One employee said, "we did vacuum it." I asked another who started using an air compressor. I asked again if they could just use the shop vac quickly since it was right there. Then some other guy came over and said, "we don't vacuum the trunk as part of the Manager's Special." The whole vibe was lazy, rude, and dishonest. I also noticed someone else's trunk was getting vacuumed while this interaction was happening.

Pais $60+ for some sort of deluxe whatever and the exterior wash was great but almost NO interior vacuum done, and minimal inside wipe down/clean. Complained and one employee said I should have asked for detailing ($230+). Really? I convinced the manager or someone looking like they were in charge to have his guys vacuum they finally did. Pretty pathetic, I mean this is their whole job. Forget this place.

The workers Sprayed my speakers and seats with high intensity water they used to clean my dirty outside car wheels. Make sure they don’t do this to you if you have heated seats, cooling seats and seats with other electronics controls. The high intensity water sprayed onto these areas will cause damage. Watch over your car! I am waiting for the owner to speak with me about this matter so it does not occur again and that they do no to this to anyone else’s car.
