Nice employees here. I tried to do an online order, turned out they didn't have what I needed. But the guy I talked to helped cancel my order and we found a different brand to go with that was still on sale. Was still able to get my oil change done that afternoon. Thanks!

TL; DR - Took the guy behind the counter 3 tries just to find the right taillight bulb. Ran by here on my lunch break from work to grab a tail light. Pretty simple right? Give the guy my make/model/year, he gets me two lights, I pay and leave. Get back to work, go to replace it. Wrong bulb. I figure, whatever, people make mistakes. Go back on my afternoon break, this time take the burnt out bulb in with me so he can match. Get new bulbs, pay and leave. Back at work, still the wrong bulbs. Finally have to go back yet again after I get off work to get the right bulbs. All the explanation I get from the guy behind the counter is "Still wrong? Wow, that's weird." Overall wasted over and hour of my time and cost me twice what it should have because I trusted the guy behind the counter. Double, triple check anything you get here. Or just avoid.

I went there after my husband informed me of a really good experience there. I bought a battery and got help from Ben installing it. He went above and beyond also helping with the hood latch that won't latch. When I asked Ben questions he answered them professionally without talking down to me because I'm female. Will definitely use their services again.

My poorest experience at NAPA yet. Was clear across the city and decided to get some things I needed. They didn't have some of the items so they said they would have them shipped from another store. The attendant said he would have my order pulled and waiting for me. Fine, I'll drive clear across town before an appointment later in the day. I come back 1/2 hour before my appointment figuring I'd simply pick up my order which was supposed to be pulled and waiting and head to my appointment. 1 person was working and he was particularly slow. After waiting for 20 minutes while he helped 1 other customer, I get to the counter only to find my order has not been pulled and so he goes to look for things. Long story short, he could not find one of my items. I left late for my appointment without everything I needed. I'm very disappointed.

Nate, is a great asset to the weat Olathe NAPA location. He is a good representative of his employer and has excellent customer service skills. These attributes are sadly lacking in society now. I highly recommend this NAPA location.

I went into to this store on 7-16-24. They had a Milwaukee Tool section. I love Milwaukee Tools. I was checking out the Batteries. I looked at the prices. It was like 160.00 per M18 5amp something super high price. I checked on my Phone. Home Depot was cheaper. I called my friend who works for a local Mechanical engineering company. I asked him if he knew better deals. My friend said his firm buys from Clark's Tool in Shawnee. They're everyday for Milwaukee M18 5 amps is $75 everyday!. I love Napa, I love the tools I like to get my filters and everything else but really for Milwaukee tools. I guess they're just trying or people just don't have a clue.

I had an ABS light come on and needed to find out what was going on. I drop into this NAPA last friday to see if they could check this out. David, I believe his name was, came out to check. His initial code reader could not read it so he went to get another reader. He got the code, went online to understand what it was and then checked for the part needed. He provided all the information that was needed to make an informed choice. Thanks for caring for the customer!

I needed a battery on a Saturday afternoon. David helped me. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very very nice. He welcomed me, determined the battery I needed, rang me up, and installed the battery, all in about 20 minutes. This NAPA store and David are GREAT.

This is the best Napa I have had any experience with. I've been a mechanic for 16 years so I've dealt with my fair share of parts stores. Even asked about measuring ball joints or even matching thread diameters and was perfect every time. The customer service is outstanding as well always worked with me, always found best price and quality, was always excited or happy to help people out. Always had the right part every time. When they had to order the parts. They would actually call me to tell me my part has arrived!!! I've never in my life have had such wonderful service from a parts store. These guys are my #1 recommendation for a good and honest parts store. I can't thank you guys enough.

I got to the Olathe store to test a battery and had questions about a couple things with both my car and riding mower. Long story short, Nate was so professional, polite, and gave exceptional customer service. It was close to closing time and by the time I was done figuring my stuff out it was slightly after. I felt awful for keeping him a few minutes over but he was so very nice about it and still took the time to give A++++++ service. We need more people like him in this world! I seriously can’t say enough about the experience. Also, of note, he was the same way with the other customer in the store and the two phone calls he answered. Again, A++++.

This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I am beyond furious that NAPA would pull such a shady move and sell me a completely useless, discontinued scanner! I just bought this piece of junk TODAY, 04/14/2025, and the manufacturer confirmed it's ANCIENT – apparently this "tplscanner" hasn't been supported for EIGHT YEARS, with a sticker date of 8/2016! What kind of garbage are you trying to pawn off on your customers? Selling outdated, unsupported equipment that's practically a fossil is a disgusting way to do business. Now I'm stuck with a scanner that does absolutely NOTHING! Consider this a HUGE warning to anyone thinking of buying electronics from NAPA – you might just end up with a worthless paperweight! I demand answers and a resolution to this outrageous situation!

I took my car to get the battery replaced. They broke my terminal and install a thin terminal . I told them that I wanted to get the original, and the manager said they were just going to use whatever they had, and that they needed to go back in the store . I told them that it was fine for now , but that I wanted to order the right on and get it installed in another day. They wanted to charge me for that new part that they broke. First time I went to this location and it will be my last one.

Clean your waste up properly. mixing oil and water and who knows what else and throwing it in the grass isn't the appropriate way to dispose of things. There should not be a constant oil and mud spill all over the goddamn place by the side of your building that's on you to maintain. I mean damn guys you can't even walk around it without having to walk into the middle of the street!
