Scratched our car and after a "thorough investigation" decided they didn't cause it. If the scratch was near a door handle or high-use area I would give them the benefit of the doubt but the middle of the hood is where there equipment hits and resembles the pattern you would expect. Disappointing that this is another car wash company creating a bad name for all other businesses that make things right. I encourage you to read the other reviews on Google, Reddit, etc. before you are also forced to pay for body work that you didn't cause. I will update this review if they decide to make things right.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received by Chevy today. He was very knowledgeable of the business services. I had never been here before. He explained clearly and completely everything I needed to know about car wash I would receive. He recommended the monthly subscription to save me money. He was kind, enthusiastic , helpful. My mat got stuck in the mat cleaning machine twice (my fault) and he didn’t cringe while helping me both times. Thanks Chevy again for your impeccable service and smiles.

I was targeted by a racist manager. This is the first time I've had a problem at any one of this chain, in 6 different states. She seen the color of my skin and immediately came up with a lame excuse to deny me service. Do the community a favor and boycott racist establishments like this one!!

Chipped my paint in 6+ spots. Jake Shrout confirmed the scratches were not present before entering the car wash but somehow they appeared on my car after driving to the parking lot 2 minutes away.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want scratches and damage done to your car. I have about a 4 foot area on my hood that is complexly scratched and some paint is chipped. Many other reviews have said the same thing. I don’t understand why they use the hard brushes not thinking that it might scratch somebody’s car. I can’t image the scratches on the paying members of Tommy’s Express. I hope they do something about this in order to save other people from the experience that I had. FYI if your car gets damaged they use the excuse that they did not see any scratches before or after the wash with their security cameras. They had to take many pictures in order to tell me there is nothing they can do mainly due to the “policy” stating that a 10 year or older car cannot be covered. Funny how they said that my scratches were on my car before the wash but then had to take many other pictures of my car because they didn’t get close enough. So how on earth do you think they are going to see the scratches from the security cameras. Then they also said the scratches should be mainly on the hood of my car(which some were) and they would go into a figure 8. Which is also weird because their brushes spin in a circle. Just wanting my scratches caused by Tommy’s Express to be covered because I didn’t pay $12 for scratches on my car. Thanks! Will not be coming back and neither my friends or family!

I canceled this and they still billed me the 50 for the next month, then when reaching out to customer service was told I'd have to track down a site manager at one of the locations I've been to for any chance at a refund. It is honestly pathetic. My car never gets fully cleaned here, it is a 2025 and literally always have stuff on the front of my car still, not to mention the fact my car got stuck on more than one occasion. I feel like canceling my subscription was understandable and I should be entitled to get my money back for this month that they took.

Saw Bella emptying the vacuums and trash - very thorough job! She asked if everything was ok and offered me a wipe. Very pleasant, smiling and willing to help! I do need help with an issue - I tried putting my Weather Tec floor mats through the molded mat washer. Was disappointed they would t go thru. Wish there was a way to clean them here at Tommy’s. 😳

I drive a new BRZ and have babied it. I kept getting scratches from the wheel wash and emailed them through their website. NO RESPONSE. Drove there 5 days later and an attendant took my information and pictures. NO RESPONSE. Called their corporate office and received an email that said there is no evidence that the car wash is taking the paint off my side skirt. I responded and asked to see video. NO RESPONSES. I've had a membership this past year, and you would think Jake Shrout would have the couth to pick up the phone and show some customer services. But I guess those days are long gone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT SCRATCHED UP AND EXPECT TO GET IGNORED!

Nice attendant Bella was very helpful and explained promos. Front grill area was not clean after The Works. Bella said I could go through again, no problem. I went through again and it said thank you for going through the basic number four. Grill area was still not clean and had to hand wipe it down. I will still be back in likely join Works membership.

Came in for a car wash. I met Bella at the vacuum bay. Despite the cold temperature, She was busy emptying the trash and checking the vacuums. Just visited this Tommy’s car wash for the first time. I’ve been to others, but what an exceptional experience! Customer service is not dead. I pulled in and was greeted by a very friendly cashier. Then pulled through the car wash as expected. But as I was pulling out, an employee was cleaning on the outside of the building. She looked up, gave me a friendly wave and smile. I was completely caught off guard. Who does that anymore?! It turns out her name was Michayla. Then I pulled around to vacuum my car. Another employee was sweeping the area and gave me another friendly smile, and hello. I told her how impressed I was with how friendly everyone was! Bella went on to ask how my day was and what my plans were for Christmas. The personalization of the experience really was amazing. I truly think that customer service is going to be the big differentiator in businesses. People can get product and service anywhere, but the human interaction Is missing from so many places. Thank you, Tommy for Recognizing the importance of good service! And thank you to Bella and Michaela for brightening my day!!
