Services is Slow . I stranded in line for dam near a hour waiting for a guy in front of me to get a simple spark plug by the time it was my turn I already put the things I wanted to purchase back and left . Can’t have customer service like that

Waited in line for 15 minutes to purchase radiator fluid while an employee was talking to another employee that was not working and never bothered to help get the line down. I know she was an employee because they both walked out from behind the counter Great thank you

Find another location. They stock next to nothing and the staff are not helpful and don't listen. "Do you guys carry XYZ ..?" "Let me waste you time hunting down something that isn't what you asked for"

My name is Chris 4 days ago I went in to this location not knowing what to do after a friend swapped my motor for me after the swap the front axle seal started leaking transmission fluid, so I went to the Hiawatha boulevard location where an associate name Steve attempted to help me, nice guy but now I have almost 7 quarts of the wrong transmission fluid that’s been running through my car for days, needless to say I’m extremely upset and hoping no permanent damage has come of this. And plan to call Dave the location to one manager this morning.

I had a really good experience here, the person that helped me was very caring about me and making sure I got the best deal I could for what I was looking for.
