My car needed a good deep cleaning so I decided to try this place out. BIG MISTAKE!! My car was left with a long dark black scratch across the entire trunk. My windows were not wiped. The inside was clearly wiped with a dirty cloth, my mats were not cleaned, just a crappy job of vacuuming, while I watched everyone else’s mats get taken and dunked in cleaning solution. There were DEEP scratches left below middle console. I have had this car for less than 3 months and have babied this car like crazy. There was gunk left in the cupholders that was NOT there prior. I’m in complete shock. Not to mention the air freshener that was supposed to be included was left out even though I paid for the top job. Save yourself some time and money and don’t go here unless you want your car all scratched up and left dirty

This place is great. They wash outside and inside while you wait. The people that wipe down your car after the was work for tips and I never carry cash, but they will charge extra so you can get cash back to give to the workers. I only give 4 stars because they wiped down everything except the tailgate to my truck. Still way better than Mike’s Car Wash across the street that charge for you to use their vacuums.

I went here to get my car cleaned today, the attendant was very impolite and talked back about the dog hair. I know I have a dog, that's why I bought this service. Couldn't clean the windshields properly, left it all sorts of smeary. Basically sprayed armor all on top of the hair on my dashboard and just smeared it around. Bad service, overpriced, avoid at all costs.

Took almost an hour to get my completed. Could be short staffed because the cars were backed up after being washed just to pull into vacuum spots.

I’ve lived in the area for over 7 years and FINALLY decided to do something other than a self-service car wash. I’ve never been impressed with Mike’s or anything similar. My car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it! They really took their time with the interior even though it was CAKED with dog hair and dirt from taking my car to a campsite over the holiday weekend. Ms. Classic gained a repeat customer today! 10/10 recommend.

I called two time to tell what the problem was didn't get a call back. They put tire shine on by a bucket full and i drove down the road it was all over the side of my withe car. IF YOU ARE PARTICULAR ABOUT YOUR CAR AS I AM I WOULD NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

I've been using Ms Classics since the early 00's. Ive had good service, I've had bad service. For some reason my windshield is almost always missed. I prepare for this. Lol I've read a lot of these reviews. Please do not come here thinking you are getting a detail. This is not that. This is a small business that offers more than Mikes at the same prices. Today Feb 22 2025. They were absolutely slammed. I would like to commend the staff! Kept it moving! Yall rocked today!

Do not waste your time or money here. I paid $28. I was there over 30 minutes after I paid the cashier before I told the person cleaning my car I had to go. The owner hangs out there,l but clearly is not a leader. He drives a black Z71 and wears designer jeans. He does nothing for his unmotivated and ineffective team. It was about 50° today. It was cold and I didn't see anything warm for the workers to drink. No wonder they are miserable. $28 and they never dried my car, no tire shine, only the windshield was wiped down. Go through a drive thru carwash for $8 at a gas station -- same results and it will save you at least $20. This owner does not respect his clients nor his employees, and will not get my business. I can't believe I was there over 30 minutes.

I usually go to another full service car wash down the road that does the inside, but I will come here moving forward. James did a fantastic job, the interior literally looked almost like new with no shampooing or steam cleaning. I’m going to drop back in tomorrow and tip him again. I was at that other place just a few days ago with our other car and it looked like the interior wasn’t even touched other than the wet floor mats. James even hand wiped my rubber floor mats dry. Thank you!

Got to ultimate car wash and armor all. Car was so dirty when done. Looked as if they used rags that were very dirty. Left stuff on my seat that wasn’t there before.

Took one hour to get my car cleaned today. No exaggerating – – when they pulled my car out of the car wash, they parked it and left the door open with the engine and AC running full blast >15 minutes. Literally every single worker on the lot completely disappeared; it looked like the car wash was closed. I am assuming they all took their break at the same time?? When I went into the front desk to inquire, the lady came out and got two workers attend to my car, one who stayed on her cell phone for another five minutes or so before she started cleaning. The cleanliness of the car is decent, but the customer service was awful.

I can smell weed in my car, from when he was in here cleaning… gross smell. And the stain I asked to get out, I had to go back and tell them twice, to actually clean it. Very unsatisfactory. They’re greedy too. Not thankful for the tip!

So... I paid 32 dollars for a car wash. There was a big smear on the front window when they were done, which I can ignore... but they were so rough on the paint that they ripped their rag and left stuffed in my bumper. Then it appears they dried the car with a dirty rag which I got luck it does not appear to have don't any damage ( I don't think yet) but I would avoid this place as using a dirty rag can imbed dirt into the paint

Not impressed. I could have done that myself. I came there for one stain imparticular. I was charged $25! Plus tipping two guys!! $5 each!! They had to be told again to actually treat the stain!! Definitely not worth the $$.the workers are only after money not doing a thorough job!! I’m disappointed I went. Waste of money. And the guy when giving him a $5 tip was very unappreciative and looking in my hand as if he wanted the rest of what was in it! No for $25 -$5 is plenty and I had to tip two guys!

Stopped in today to have my car detailed inside and out. I bought the ultra package. It really needed it don't get me wrong but the level of service I got left much more to be desired and left me mad that I even wasted my time here. They didn't clean the mats (which you can see other members of their team doing), didn't bother with the cup holders, left crumbs in the gear shift cover, left sticker reside on the inside of the window, left light dust/mud on the inside of the doors, didn't vacuum the back seat well/in the crevices leaving crumbs, didn't detail the outside very well, didn't add in the air freshner, and last but not least left the back of my car completely filthy to the level that I brought it in. Below you can see the level of dirt from bicycle tires and what 15 minutes of scrubbing I did with baby wipes when I got home. I have been dying to try this place out and will now more than likely never stop by again. The level of "cleaning" they did, I could've done better in a do it yourself car wash/vacuum. It might've been the team detailing my car, because I saw others that were digging into the nooks and crannies and washing mats, but will not risk this again.

I love this place i recently got my truck washed and yesterday I got my husbands car we both got the "The Ultra Works" package with the works and also added on RainX on the exterior of the vehicles. Yesterday i came across LOUIS , although most people there are good. This guy is great, very detailed, he even did the metal inside the car doors, i didnt get picks of the cars interior but i did for my truck, totally recommend this company and especially LOUIS!!!
