Self serve is not the worst, good vacuums, but only 2. Seems to wash ok.

Pd $9 for a "regular" wash but, no soapy water sprayed on car, BEFORE the brushes hit the body....

Cost a little more than most but the auto wash has always worked well for me. Haven't tried their detailing service.

Touch less wash was total waste of money. No pressure and barely any soap. It's like the spouts are all clogged up.

New favorite spot! This car wash has been brought back to life, and then some. Great options for wash and a very clean and high quality car wash that is needed and appreciated. We will be back!

Would not recommend. Chose the classic version. They would not wash tire or the lower part of the car. My car was still very dirty. The vacuums were also locked from use.

WORST CAR WASH EVER, I paid for the 15$ deluxe came out the wash and it looked as I drove in rain only. There was no actually machinery to come down on the vehicle and wash like rollers but the second one had it and I noticed it after. My car still had bugs on it and many soapy smears left all over. Place looked like a dump and closed down as well. If I could get a refund I absolutely would. DO NOT GO HERE!

Great car wash, convenient and fast. Only complaint is today the underbody blast didn't work, even though I paid extra just for that. Oh well, it's usually 10/10 service!

Great Car Wash & Car detailing place, kind of new to the Valley. Love small businesses like this one. Attention to detail💯. Does a great job. Price is right. Conveniently located to the Dunkin Donuts next door while you wait. Will be back here.❤️

It's nice having a drive through car wash that's in my neighborhood. I recently tried their touchless basic wash for the first time. It was $8 which I find pricey, but whatever. After soaping the car it made 1 high pressure pass and one rinse pass that left my car still dirty, soapy and unrinsed. If the basic wash was $5 and actually cleaned the car I'd go back. My usual car wash on Bridge St. in E. Syracuse charges $9 for their premium and $5 for basic which does a fantastic job. It's touchless, sprays the undercarriage and smells nice too!

I got my interior detailed after purchasing my car from a smoker and dog owner. I was told it would take 3 hours but it ended up taking 6 hours (Delta Sonic was booked for weeks so this was clearly the way to go and for the same price). It was inconvenient but the way the situation was handled makes up for it. They were professional and my car looked brand new even though its used. I would recommend using them for your interior detailing, support locally owned small businesses!

Got locked in to the car wash because the doors were malfunctioning and we had to hold the doors open to escape, thank god I wasn’t alone when this happened! We pressed the emergency door open button several times and nothing happened. When we walked around the building to try and find literally anybody who worked there, I saw a lot of mold on the walls and the equipment, indicating it’s likely not well ventilated. Good thing I have some brain cells because if someone were to fail to realize that they were stuck in a confined, poorly ventilated space with their car running, that could become deadly. The wash itself was maybe a 4/10 at best, it didn’t rinse well and I didn’t get dried off at all because I couldn’t go through the dryer🙃 I’m now terrified of car washes so thanks for that I guess😐

Tried Mr. Suds out for the first time yesterday. I purchased the $15 touch free wash and ensured to pre-brush my car with the prep brush prior to entering the car wash. The wash was okay- there was a fair amount of water and soap sprayed during the wash. But my car was still notably dirty when we exited the wash, and it was soaking wet. When I pulled up to the free vacuum, the suction of the vacuum was so bad it did not even pick up a hair placed right under the hose. I am hoping their vacuum was having an issue and normally works better. I’ll try them again as I do like the touch free option, but I’ll probably go wit the $8 wash since I didn’t see any benefit from the $15 option.

I used the automatic car wash- and you have to make sure you choose the farthest one with the actual cloth washers- the car washes that only spray never get your vehicle actually clean. I was impressed the first time I went here and used the port with the cleaning cloths- the second time I went I didn't think about it and used the port that only sprays- and was pretty disappointed. Other than that- the price is great for a decent cloth automatic wash! The area was clean as well.

Paid for a $12 wash and it ran with no soap. Every automatic car wash I've ever gotten I've seen suds and have smelled the car wash through the vents. It's almost part of the gimmick of car washes now because some smell very good. The fact that I saw zero suds and smelled nothing cemented the fact that I got scammed. This isn't the first time I was duped by Mr. Suds. Last year I drove through to get a wash and they offered a promotion buy two car washes get one free so I paid the $30 I believe it was and got my wash. We when I returned to get my free wash my code wasn't working I tried soft touch touchless multiple variations on each machine hoping that it would go through and nothing. Edit: I went back on July 2nd, 2024 to see if there were any improvements made to Mr Suds Car Wash and half way through the $15 wash my 7 year old is asking what's wrong dad because the wash stopped midway through. I waited for 3 minutes and then drove out with a dirty unrinsed car.

Did nothing. Paid 16 for the best wash they offered, my car was basically as dirty as it was going in, as it did coming out. Don't waste your money. My bad on the typo. I'll go ahead and leave a shot of the banking transaction...Def your spot. I live up the hill and unfortunately my delta sonic location I'm subscribed to is redoing their wash, so I had no choice but to come to your location in the valley. I wish I had taken a pic of all the dirt and road grime still all over my car when I left your inner wash (after reading reviews, I see that wash is basically worthless and you clearly have Done nothing to improve it 😒)..I had to go home a re wash by hand. It got the top of the car nice and clean, tho, so there's your two stars.

I just went here for the first time, they have a soft wash with soft brushes and a no touch and they plan to start detailing soon. The machinery is brand new and the best I’ve seen! The wash did an amazing job. The owner Mike came out to introduce himself and made sure I was satisfied. I finally found a great easy car wash nearby to use. I can’t wait until they start detailing because my car needs it! This is a brand new business that just started in March, they could use your patronage. Go to Mr. Suds for a great car wash!!

Tried to use the soft touch service first, it took the 15 dollars and gave me this error message like the following picture, saids it is out of service. I had to back up and use the touch free instead, there was barely any soap, there were a few rounds sprayer has sprays nothing. After the wash floating dust remains my my car, dust I could easily wipe off with my finger as shown. Waste of money.

self service kiosk wouldn’t take my card so I had to use cash. When I did, the kiosk was empty. Still took my cash- didn’t give a prompt that it didn’t have change. It printed out a receipt for change of $19 and when i went to go get it doors were locked. Had to grab the attention of one of their detailers and he said he wasn’t sure when the owner would be back. I even called the listed number 5 times with no response. Their detailer ended up taking my number & assisted in helping me get change for what I was owed. But still bummed that we had to deal with it.
