I use the LITH Everwash almost every day and was extremely disappointed with the Bartlett location. After the wash I had a large amount of soap still on my vehicle, I've never had anything even close to this at the LITH location. Definitely won't be returning to the Bartlett location if I'm in the area again.

4 stars due to the vacuums aren't very good. The hoses fall or are off. We used to live in Bartlett, I was in the area and went back. Everclean Corp needs better rim cleaners also. The staff at Bartlett is always so friendly however.

I want to update my review because I really love this car wash and all the people that work there are so nice.I said in my previous review that I was disappointed because they changed it and the result is not good at all, but they fixed the issue and now it's my favorite place again. The owner replied to me after my review that they had issues and he wants to make it up with a free car wash. It's not about the free carwash (even if they didn'tfix it, I wouldstill go there), I post the review as a feedback because I wanted the owner to know if there is something wrong so they can fix it. And they did! Again it's the best car wash in town. Every time after daycare my son is asking for the carwash:)))

This place is never open “track broken” “dryer is broken” Out of all the everwashes it’s the most beat up. Vacuums are always weak so is the car dryer. They are the worst everwash Hanover is way better and the one on 59 and north is even better than Hanover.

If I could give a half star I would I have a brand new car that’s always garage kept car always clean .i took my car through the car wash and I got 2 hair line cuts on my passenger glass window I brought too attention and they say there not responsible dues to in video SHOWS scratches keep in mind hair line cuts..(videos can’t show) so If I was u don’t go …protect ur car investment

I’m so disappointed with the total disregard of proper customer service the employees at this store like Calvia and Tyler just straight out lying to your to face making up stories that there land line lost service what a bunch of yahoos. I called to cancel my subscription was told they did it and then was still charged a payment which I get can happen depending on when I call them but then when I was told there getting a manager he hung up on me and then they keep ignoring my call finally answered 10 min later and then I could hear them laughing in the back round when I asked them what happened I will tell everyone that I know that has a subscription from them to cancel it and as far as there concerned there words I quote “me canceling my subscription does not bother her” I’m hoping the original owners dont have the same business practices thus younger generation hid help them no respect how to talk to clients

My car was damaged whie wash car ..rail on roof was felt out ..i have to go to.a dealer got new one and install. I was bring receipt to car wash .asking for return money for this damaged. Some women was offer me 2 months free memnership.but i.dont want to go again to this car wash. I was ask for return money for fixing parts.. They never respond ..im.so dissapointe. Especjally car wash was damaged my new car and employee was saw this..

Their brush that they use on the back of your car is a good as sand paper. Management is useless telling me that I didn’t report it soon enough and that they wouldn’t cover it. Damage your car with the cheap equipment they use and the excuses come out.

They over charge you for a car wash. Happened to my father and me on separate times. Asked for a basic car wash charge on bank was over $45 for a SIMPLE car wash. They don’t hand you receipt either when they scam and over charge you hoping you don’t check your receipt. Predatory business habits avoid at all costs.

This is the first time that I am at this location. I’ve been in Everclean, the one in Bartlett and some other locations. This one is well position in this area, but always crowded. I believe because it’s such a beautiful Saturday and everybody wants their car clean before the temperature drops tomorrow and Monday. I don’t mind waiting a little bit since the line is moving at a steady pace.

Love this carwash. They convinced me to get the subscription, and I go two or three times a week! They are always ready to give freebies, like dash wipes and scents for the car. The member line is SO simple to use- just pull through and they take care of the rest! Very nice if you are introverted. The wash is thorough, with a high-power dryer. Vacuums are also included! EDIT: I have a little bumper magnet on my car and the other day I forgot to take it off before going through the wash. I remembered mid-wash that I forgot my magnet and figured I probably lost it. To my absolute surprise, an employee was waiting for me at the end of the wash with my magnet! Amazing customer service! Keep it up!

We had a fantastic experience at the self-service dog wash! ( Connected to the car wash)🐾🛁 Everything is provided — shampoo, towels, dryer, and a secure clip to keep your pup safely in the tub. You get 45 minutes, and the door auto-locks so you have total privacy while you wash. Clean, convenient, and stress-free — we’ll definitely be back!
