Full disclosure. My car was DIRTY! Having mentioned that, i purchased their most expensive, all inclusive car wash (the works). I expected that they would get my exterior clean and the interior passable. When I got home i took a clean dry cloth and spent 5 minutes and you can see by the attached photos i finished there job for them. I gave them 3 stars because of my prior experiences with them so i will give them another shot

They do a great job! They’re very good about cleaning the outside and they wipe off the running board. The lines can be long at times and I don’t really like the two lines, because the express line is typically slower when it should be faster than the other line. They’re really friendly there though and really appreciate the $2 dollar tip I give them. Vehicles come out looking practically show car ready!

The service I received here caused me to leave feeling quite disappointed. I purchased the $20 exterior wash at this location which includes tire shine, and my wheels hand wiped. One side of my vehicle presented a joke of these services, (photo), while the other side was so coated that the side of my vehicle was dirty with sling by the time I got home. For a higher end car wash service, this was disappointing.

Honestly wish I could give it no stars, so does my husband since I’ve been complaining about it since I got home. Showed up this morning, paid $32 plus another $8 for mats and 40 minutes of my time....terrible job. Honestly, very disappointed and upset. Didn't vacuum under seats, parts of floor not vacuumed in back, windows streaky, mud drips on my exterior back hatch, door jams not wiped down (which is stated to be included), cup holders not wiped out, dust on everything, the back trunk area (I have an suv) was not vacuumed or wiped out. I could go on but instead I'll leave some pictures. I even came with a completely emptied out car so they didn't have to worry about moving stuff or things being in their way. This will be the last time. Waste of money AND time. **I am now home to CLEAN my car, the back mats that I paid to have washed are in fact bone dry. So I was also overcharged for services. It’s only an extra $4 for the back mats but it’s the principle.

Horrible service as always stopped coming here about a year ago came today to give them another try worse then before. Full service wash car set for 15 mins before being touch it was not busy 5 people on 1 car. After I said something oh we can rise it with water no just do the inside the outside is dry at this point

It is really hit or miss if you get a clean inside. I came home and finished cleaning the inside of my car when I got home. If you're paying $30 to get my car wiped down on the inside I dont expect to come home with a dirty car. I'm not expecting detailing quality but my dashboard looks like it wasnt even touched and this is the paper towel I wiped it down with. I suggest getting the cheapest option they have since the quality is so intermittent.

Rude and Unprofessional, my father is 70 years old and lives in northern Michigan. He comes downstate twice a month to see his grand children and have his truck cleaned and detailed. Today he was refused service because of the rust on his fenders of his truck. As of today I canceled my monthly car wash plan for all my cars and will no longer refer Mr C’s car wash to anyone. We live in Michigan and half the trucks on the road have rust on their bodies.

This is $32 full service with double coat interior plus exterior service. Front multimedia and clusters were full of dust as it was when took to clean. Reported to manager and they took additional 15mins to clean interior and said good to go. Still find the interior pictures of how sparkling it is. Exterior never saw even one round of detailing just wipe clean by towel but charged for double coat sparkling service. Just because you got lot of vehicles to be attended should not be an exception to others. Recommendation: just take basic $9 clean and still you get the same work done.

I brought my car there to have the exterior detailed. At first glance, the car looked pretty good at pick up. A couple spots were missed and some scratches to the paint but I figured it’s part of the risk you take when having someone detail your car and you get what you pay for. While driving home, I noticed a rusty razor blade on my passenger seat. I called and asked to speak to the GM just to get some accountability and an apology. After talking to the GM he insisted that they did not use razor blades on cars and took zero accountability for his employees. I guess the razor blade grew legs and made its way into my car. All I wanted was an apology 🤷🏽‍♀️there are way better detailing companies out there. This one is clearly bottom of the barrel. I wish I would have reviewed all of these other reviews before taking my car there.

Well this is Bill’s Best, I’d hate to see one of their lesser services. I’ve included the photos. A manager reviewed the back and showed the the person how to do a couple of areas. I wish he had checked the front. I ended up having to use the wipers to get the smears off of the windshield. I’ll need to wipe down the inside windshield and console myself. I’m sure I could have gone back, but I’ll just go somewhere else next time. I asked for nothing but they went above and beyond to give them another chance. I was assured of better training as the season was just opening (I could tell that employees were being trained by managers.) I have changed my mind and would return.

I recently had my car cleaned at this location, opting for the “best” package at a cost of $35. While the price seemed reasonable, I was disappointed with the quality of service. The rubber parts of my car were still dirty, and it appeared that neither vacuuming nor wiping down the interior was done thoroughly. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this service based on the lack of attention to detail.

This would have to be the worst service I have ever received. First to start off, the lady working sent me to line 5 when line 1 and 2 was open. Made me wait in the line longer when another line was open, and by time the vehicle in front of me finished the water spots were basically dry. Then when it came time to vacuum my vehicle, they did not vacuum properly, and they did not wipe my dashboard, it is still dirty.

Got my car back and was sadly disappointed in the detail job I received. Car was still dirty.... -Driver seat could've been shampooed better. -Floor still had hella crumbs and pet hair (pumice stone would have helped lift hair up) -console still dirty -behind steering still dirty -door jambs still have visible dirt (including trunk) -car still had an odor I mean what did I pay for? You all to keep my car for an entire day....then I paid 35$ for uber to bring me back to my still dirty car. I had a feeling it would not be done right tisk tisk.
