I used this place since it opened but had to end up canceling. The wiper that dries the car at the end ruined two of my wiper blades. The first time, the blade broke into multiple pieces which I thought was weird but attributed it to multiple other things and figured the brush was just the straw that broke the camel's back. That was a couple months ago. I just went through again and it ruined my same wiper blade after it had been replaced. When brought to an employee's attention, they stated wipers were not covered under their "policy". Be careful if you decide to use this wash.

The car wash scratched my passenger door of my Bronco. Went back immediately and showed the attendant at the wash. He took a picture and said I would get a call and an email within 3-5 days. A week later only got a voicemail. Have tried called that number and person back several times a week since, no one answers and mailbox often times is full. I also have left several messages with the manager “Quinn.” He does not call me back. I have even made trips in person to see if he is at the wash and he never is. It has now been a month later and I realize they aren’t willing to even speak with me so I went I. Today and canceled. All the attendant at the wash said was that he was really sorry!! I would never recommend this place or go there again since they obviously do not care that they damage vehicles and don’t care to address customers.

One time I went here and I got stuck on the track so I honked my horn numerous times. The guys never hit the Emergency stop and I literally thought that I was gonna get hit because the guy behind me just kept coming. When I got out and they reviewed the footage, they tried to claim that I turned my wheel when my hands were both on my phone not the wheel at all, and then said that it was all my fault and tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. Had I not touched my wheel once I realized I was stuck. I literally would’ve been hit because that is what got me unstuck. Haven’t been back since.

Just went yesterday. Did not remove bird crap off window and hood of car. The guy at the start of the car wash did not use a spray, just barely wet the car. Do I have to pay more than $10 to get better service? Won't go back.

First time stopped in to get a wash and signup for a membership. It was super cold that day and busy with all the cars so the final buffing roller was nearly frozen. It was so heavy that it leaned too far down and crushed my light-bar frames. Jason on duty helped me check for any more damage, figured out what caused the issue, and covered the cost of the repairs. I still got a great wash out of it and kept the membership for the other areas.

For the record, I only have been to this car wash once.. I didn’t care for it then. But what after happened with my friend I will never go there again. The car wash clearly damaged her car and they did nothing about it. They even deleted her review. Completely unprofessional if you ask me. Do yourself a favor and wash your car at home. I attached her pictures of her car damage and her original review.

After going through the car wash in Chesterfield Michigan, three times my Car still hit snow all over it, including the bottom. They refuse to clean it correctly. I put a call into Another location with auto response back. Not very happy with this company at all.

Why can't you leave zero stars? Clean view was absolutely fantastic for about two and a half years zero problems ever! Ever since Jax took over I've had at least one problem going through this car wash four to six times a week for the last several months. Hand dryers leaving before 7:00, cloth dryer not working, tire shine not working, vacuum not working, floor mat cleaner not working, and by the far the most frustrating is the license plate scanner not working. They gave me a sticker for the windshield 2 months ago and how do you think that works? Correct, it literally never worked. Almost as annoying as all of that is someone squeezing themselves in the 16 in between my driver window and the touch screen racing me to touch the buttons, that usually also don't work. Going to Mr C's now where for an extra $8 they'll do the interior as well (unlimited). Save yourself time, money and patience and frustration... Avoid this place at all costs!

$20 washes…. Had big areas on front and rear of car that look like they didn’t even get wet. Was just a test run as I’ve been with a competitor for years. I’ll stick with them. Guys were very pushy trying to sell, and the prop the gates open and are terrible a directing traffic. Took entirely too long

Took forever to get admitted to the Jax on 23 between Hayes and Schoenherr (all kinds of problems with the lift gates). Finally got in line and noticed that the attendant was prespraying only the driver's side and windshield of each car. When my car finally arrived at staging, he did the same, even though I asked to to pay attention to the wheels. I went through the wash and wheels were still filthy. As I have an unlimited wash program, I went through the Jax line at the Hayes store once again in the evening. At this store, the attendant was also only prespraying the driver's side of all the cars. When I got up to staging, I asked him to please spray all four wheels, nothing else, as I was just through the wash at a different Jax. He accommodated me, and the wheels finally came clean. Either a second man prespraying the passenger side and wheels is needed, or the single man needs to work his way around the entire car.

So the employees at the gate are always awesome, helpful and always willing to upsell you 😊 the gentleman on the out side of the wash was rude and didn’t really wipe my car down very well. I didn’t complain and when I went to tip him he was walking away. I honked and held the cash out of my window and he waved me off. I still tip even if it’s not a great job because my son used to work for a car wash and he lived off those tips between checks and it’s the right thing to do. Overall I will return but maybe not that location.

Impressed with all the locations provided and still opening so no matter where I am, I can get a car wash to keep my car looking good. The staff are always very helpful and friendly no matter what location I am at. Love the value of a membership as it also provides and all the extras like vacuuming, dash wipes, and the mat cleaning machine. I am pleased with my membership purchase as it provide great value and a reasonable price.
