They wipe off your windows with same rags they wipe off the cars bodies that are getting the protective coating causing smears on the windows. We always leave them a nice tip, no more .

II asked for and interior and exterior wash, was shared $32 witch is fine if the job was done properly. They finished my car in 15 min (a large suv). There was still a lot of dust everywhere along with streaks all over. I will try to attach pictures . I will not be going back to this location.

Watch out if you only go for the cheaper wash. I took the $13 one, and after running through the wash, I was waved out with a "have a nice day". No drying, no wiping the windows, not even putting my side-view mirrors back in place. Nothing. Apparently they only pay attention to the higher priced customers. Next time it's Jax.

Would not recommend interior service here, very rushed. Paid $44 and they did not vacuum or wipe down well. I had a good experience at the lake Orion location, but this rochester location was not good at all.

The Rochester location of Mr. C's really impressed me today! The shine on my wife's Hellcat Durango after a drive thru car wash worked it's magic was phenomenal. My father in law thought I had washed and waxed it! Ha. I opted for the $18 Works wash. I absolutely love the attention to detail when the hand dry crew comes out. They get your door jambs, blow out your mirrors, and really just take it up a notch. Definitely worth stopping in for a wash. I will certainly be back again! Now, if only they fit my dually Ram!

Rochester location. Great wash, great employees and easy access. Competitively priced, if doing multiple washes per month consider the monthly plan for economy. This location doesn't have the outside self service no charge vacuum as the Oxford location has. Recommend

Not sure what is going on lately!? I’ve been a subscription customer for years, but the last couple months have been the worst ever at the entry point. Not spraying off the back of my car and leaving with noticeable dirt and dust and no one says a thing as they are drying off vehicle. Again today, I visit and the lady greeter has a huge scowl on her face. No hello or anything. She looked absolutely miserable. The only thing she did say was to pull up at the same time a man was spraying the front of my vehicle. Had I listened to her, I would have hit him!? She wasn’t even paying attention. I might expect this at a five dollar car wash, but you expect a bit more at Mr. C’s.

Good car wash just hate when you pay for door jams to be hand dried and they don’t. Also when they don’t do the tire shine, I never know about the tires until I stop somewhere and get out.

Best car wash I've been to with a fast full-service interior and exterior detailing that's hard to beat at the price. Even the cheapest exterior car wash is by far the best in the area, they don't miss anything. Can be very busy so it's hard to get in and out during their busiest hours, needs to be open later.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! This is the 3rd time I paid for "Bills Best" and it will be the last time. Bills Best wash is so bad, it is extremely frustrating. I went to the Rochester location. How can it be so bad for over $20.00?!?! I know they have kids working there but come on, can't you train them better? Especially when the washes are so expensive. The first time I got a "Bills Best" wash I actually went back and they cleaned off the bug guts after I showed them how bad the wash was. I decided to give them another shot so I went back a second time and the wash was extremely bad once again. A year later I decided to try it one last time since I had a partial gift card and it is still very bad. So disappointing since it is just down the road. I will be going to other car washes from now on. See my pictures, there is still mud on the arms to my running boards. And how can they ignore all the bugs on the front bumper when they see me pulling up to lane 1,2, or 3? They have to see the bug guts when they go around drying the vehicle! This is probably one of the worst quality car washes I have ever been to. Bummer.

These guys are great! Would you like a team of people to clean your car and make it feel almost detailed? Give Bills Best a shot. Your will get that new car feel fast. I go during off hours, and in 15 min I get what would take me hours. Give it a shot!

I have a new car that i keep very clean. I went here mainly to get the interior cleaned, basic wipe and vacuum, and for the mats to get cleaned. No stains, no spills, just dust. Car came out exactly as it went in, within 10 mins which tells you all you need to know. They didn't clean the dashboard or trunk, which was included in service, they didn't even try. I literally wiped the dust off the dashboard with my finger, which is all what it needed, a single wipe, they didn't even do that. I pointed these things out and they took it in to redo it, and another 10 mins later, the dashboard is wiped, they vaccumed the trunk but not efficiently. It was okay, but nth i would pay for ever again. The mats had dried by the time the second round was done, and they were still dirty which means they only rinsed them with water and didn't actually clean them. I informed the manager at the time that I do a way better job with my home vaccum, this is not a professional level cleaning service and i should not ask for the dashboard to be wiped for it to be done. He continued to tell me that the vaccum they have is not going to get everything and that if i get the "detailing" service they would get those cleaned better... detailing should be for the nooks and corners, under the seat, etc. They just don't want to clean your car so take it somewhere else.

Really nice Car Wash. Was here with my friend to get her car washed. There was no wait at the time we visited. Over priced. Good and friendly staff. My friend car looks nice. I would suggest going more often during the winter months due to salt collecting on the car. I would recommend this car wash.

I had debris from my wreath in my trunk. I was supposed to ask in front for my trunk to be vacuumed but I didn't know that. Guess what the guy found a vacuum in the back and did it for me anyway. What a great place to have your car cleaned. The best in my book!!

Mr C’s is the only car wash I will go to from now on. All other car washes around me seem like they don’t care and half of them don’t even spray your car before you enter the wash to get the big dirt/debris off your car. Last time I went to someone besides Me. C’s they didn’t even get the snow clumps off my car before or after the wash. Mr. C’s is the only one I have been to in the last few years that seem like they actually care about getting your car clean and will send you back through if they missed a spot or it isn’t up to standard. They take their time at the beginning with the power washer, the wash does a great job and they take their time at the end wiping it down. Every other car wash I go to, I get home and there are still dirt/salt spots on my car (you can tell were there before the wash). A lot of the other washes don’t have anyone wiping your car down after either. Mr. C’s is the best of the best and their prices are competitive if not better than some of the other washes. Keep up the great work and thank you for your attention to detail.

First experience at Mr. C's car wash. By joining Mr. C's text club, I got a free Express Shine & Protect wash worth $13, which includes RAIN PROTECTANT, TRIPLE COAT SHINE, and BASIC HAND FINISH EXPRESS. So, it was an exterior wash only. I am not writing anything because the images I uploaded are self-explanatory. Unsatisfied; it's not worth the money at all. I hope they will notice this and upgrade their services.
