My car is almost 20 years old and I park under a tree so it had some mildew and tree gunk crusted to the roof that wouldn’t come off in a drive-thru car wash. I called Monte and he had a really simple Google form to fill out. He was easy to reach and always got back to me within a day or two. This is hands down the best car detailing I’ve ever seen in my life. He was running a little bit behind due to things out of his control, but he was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept me updated, which I greatly appreciated. He takes his time and doesn’t miss a single detail. Why anyone would go with any other detailing service is beyond me — he comes right to you, gets the job done perfectly, and does it all with a smile on his face. Monte came out to detail my dad’s car while he was recovering from knee replacement surgery in rehabilitation. What an amazing experience all around. I reached out to Monte last minute because I was selling my 2009 Honda CRV and the buyer was picking it up way sooner than I thought. On a Monday night I called Monte and left a message. He got back to me immediately and he was very easy to work with. Monte booked me for the very first appt the next day. He came ready to work. He was very meticulous and detail oriented. The interior and exterior of my car looked better than when I bought the car 12 years ago. Monte also restored my headlights which was WORTH IT.
