5 Stars – Incredible Service for Both Our Truck & Our Pup! We had the BEST experience at Monster Car Wash in Anchorage—truly above and beyond from start to finish! Berda and Mike hand washed our brand-new truck with so much care and precision. You could see the pride they take in their work. From the way they carefully rinsed off the road grime to the gentle mitt wash and spotless rinse, they treated our truck like it was their own. It’s hard to find that kind of old-fashioned, hands-on service these days—and they nailed it! Will stepped in during the drying process and helped troubleshoot a mechanical glitch with the automatic dryer. He handled it with total professionalism and made sure everything was working perfectly before we left. No stress, just friendly and efficient help with a smile! And the cherry on top? We brought our bloodhound, Mavis, and used their self-serve dog wash station—which was AMAZING! The setup is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed: elevated tub with a ramp, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, a strong dryer, and even a gentle spray nozzle that made it easy to rinse her thoroughly without any hassle. Mavis isn’t always the easiest to bathe, but this setup made it quick, comfortable, and stress-free for both of us. Everyone at Monster Car Wash was so kind, welcoming, and upbeat. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, and it honestly felt more like visiting friends than just getting a service done! If you’re in Anchorage and want your vehicle (or your pup!) treated with top-tier care and attention, this is the place to go!!

I have had my vehicles washed at Monster Wash on Dimond for many years and have always been very happy with how clean the car comes out of the bay. The staff is very polite, professional and attentive. My best friend's favorite is Will, who always gives 100% + with a smile! I think Will is great too!

This place has 2 seperate rooms and the doors lock for your safety once inside the units. I believe that the cost is$25.00 for 20 minutes of wash time. ( enough time to wash 2 dogs.) My dogs were covered in mud so this is what i chose to do since i had just moved into a new apartment and did not want to trash my new bathroom right away. Go check it out. It is worth it honestly for just the convenience. My dog doesn't like the blow dry but maybe yours will.

Used to be the best touchless wash in town. Now it just sucks. Won’t even get dirt off the windows. Half the nozzles don’t spray. Can’t wait for all the new car washes to open up this summer. Hopefully one of them will be high quality.

I did the $20 car wash where the guy sprays it and washes it first. He did a great job and truck look great after exiting. I also washed the dog while I was there. I didn't know what to make of the low suds shampoo, but it really worked out very well. The temperature and water pressure was perfect.

This is my go to for a car wash, for the most part I like it, except every now and then a bay won’t work and will literally soap my car then tell me to drive out without it ever even washing my car. Had bay 2 do it to me today and sadly it was 30mins after closing hours for the office so I’m out $16 dollars have no one to call or talk to about the issue and still have to wash my car😢 seriously really like this place but not when it doesn’t even work.

Shout out to Will! He did a fantastic job cleaning my vehicle and I would highly recommend Monster Wash! Today, I was reminded of the good and kind hearted people who still value hard work and integrity. Thanks Will! My previous experience at an Anchorage Alaskan car wash left me with a broken passenger mirror, paint scratches down the side of my vehicle due to a malfunction and zero responsibility taken from the business. Never again. But...Monster Wash has left me with a smile, very clean vehicle and an overall fantastic experience! 5 Stars

Was reccommed by a friend, but wont do it again! Poor service- did touch less wash deluxe and had to wait 25-30 min in line and it came out bad. Drove down to seward and back and wanted to get bugs and car cleaned. Monster wash staff did not get all the bugs off and left water streaks all over the car. See photos! Will not return

If this place would do a monthly membership rather than their Bundle or gift card (which never balances out, so ends up costing you more) they would do so much more business! The 'Bundle' is only for their most expensive wash, which also ends up costing you MORE if you just want a lesser wash. The other car washes have figured this out. 🤷🏼♂️. C’mon Monster! I’d rather go to you! -Having said that, it's still a very good carwash and the staff is great!

Self vacuum machines need maintenance. I hopped around to 2 having multiple issues. Wasted $6 on vacuums that didn't work properly and didn't dispense soap. Car wash $16 was just ok.

First off - they just updated everything so it’s like the Rolls Royce of car wash up in there. Chefs kiss, no notes. BUT here’s the real star of the show: WILL ie. The GOAT! Whenever there has been an issue he picks up on the first ring and literally appears out of thin air to help make it right like a freakin genie. It’s literally the best customer service I have seen maybe ever? If you’re on the fence about where to wash your car in anchorage, go with monster. Oh and as a lil bonus they have those pet wash stations so you don’t have to turn your bathroom into a wet sauna trying to clean your muddy dawg. And the shampoo smells so good and stays fresh in their fur for days. 10s across the board for monster wash.

Will and Berdah- what amazing service 😁 I went and got the $18 car wash, but there was still dirt/tar stuck to parts of my car, much like in Alaska fashion. Will caught me before I even left the bay and offered a wash in a different bay free of charge. They both hand washed my car with a different cleaning solution. I’d say that if you’re not satisfied with the cleaning the auto bay provides, the customer service and just talking to the employees will 100% make up for anything. They were both very kind and very welcoming.

This car wash is such a gem. Will, the owner, and Roberta, helped me out after their new high pressure wash system (seriously AMAZING) took my back license plate half off because the screws on it were loose 😂 Will screwed it back on himself using screws from his own shop, and is giving me a free wash in the future, which is SO above and beyond, like??? This place is old school in a GOOD way; they really care about every customer that goes through, and genuinely just want you to have a great experience. The actual car wash was also more fun (new lighting and better soap as well?) and did an incredible job; my car looks gorgeous. This is a local business worth going out of your way to support. I can’t recommend them enough, 100/10.

I have a Highlander suv w two ski rack on top and a bike rack on the back that I don’t ever take off. This place promptly answered the phone when I called ahead to see if I could fit my car in, then hand sprayed and scrubbed my vehicle until it looked new. They made sure I was happy with the job before I left. The price is better than a terrible automated place closer to my house, and a great price for the service provided period. The vacuums actually have suction as well! I will only go here from now on.
