Brenda welcomed me in with the $10 promotion since it was my first time! Dee walked around to make sure I knew how to work equipment! Although the customer service was awesome,information wasn’t disclosed about what the promotion consisted of! Had I know the promotion did not come with tire shine,I would have happily paid full price for a full service! Blacked out car and dirty tires isn’t the best car wash!!

This was my first time at this location and the employees informed me of their car wash monthly unlimited package deals but I chose to buy one car wash just to see how it did with washing my vehicle and it did not disappoint at all! I love the car wash they have there and it wasn't too crowded either! And in my opinion they have the best vacuums I have ever used in my life so far! One of the employees named Thomas personally came out and made sure I was happy with the car wash. (If you're not happy with your car wash they will send you through for a rewash upon request... Says the sign at the exit after the vacuums) definitely will be revisiting this car wash!

Visiting this car wash for the first time today!! Pulled in had the best experience going through the car wash! Great service at the beginning of it before even entering the wash. When I pulled up to vacuum my car out was automatically greeted by (Luke H) he explained everything and started drying my car off by hand. So far the best experience being my first time here definitely recommend this car wash! Mod Wash!

First the wash was immaculate and the staff was so helpful and were there to do whatever it takes to make sure I left completely satisfied. The manager nikki personally took time out of her busy day to come personally make sure I left completely satisfied and she ensured I was smiling ear to ear by the time she was finished. She was so friendly and she wasn’t afraid to get hands on to ensure she did the best she could and I am very satisfied. I will most certainly be returning very soon and I sure hope nikki is there so I can have her incredible service and I know she will get me all cleaned up and my truck will shine like a new penny. Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it. It’s definitely a experience your missing out on if you haven’t had the mod wash service. Plus all the girls thought my truck looked extra sexy after getting it polished at mod wash. Go see Nikki and the team and they will get you all taken care of.

Reno, Tristan, Jayden, and Brenda are all so amazing! Every time I come here (often bc I’m a waves car wash member) they are so nice and friendly! They come by to check on me and make sure I don’t need anything or if I need help! They are use very professional mannerism and service! They make my experience worth coming here! I’m glad to be a member of Waves Carwash! Oh and the music here is always so great!!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Reno. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the services that this car wash provides. All questions I had, he answered promptly without hesitation. As with any automatic car wash, I was guided onto the conveyor belt and the cleaning process began. After exiting the tunnel, I continued to the interior detailing part and must say that the vacuums were very strong. This location does have air guns that’s versatile in drying the outside vehicle and blowing out any dust that the vacuum couldn’t get. Clean dry towels is a plus for me along with carpet cleaning machines. Lexi was kind enough to dry off the rear of my vehicle and engaged in a conversation about how I liked the wash and was informed about writing a review on my experience which is honest and based on my experience. Personal reasons on why 4 stars instead of 5. Reason one, there’s no vending machines for air freshers, car detailing accessories, etc. that I would find at other car washes and reason two, when exiting to leave, I found myself in another parking lot which was in my opinion, “weird”. I know. Crazy reason to take off a star for them two things but as a new business establishment, I see potential even at a offset location. Overall, highly recommended and would consider purchasing a single wash to see if the membership would be good for you. Kudos!

ModWash is where your truck goes to get politely misted and sent home just as dirty as it arrived. The real magic trick, though, is trying to cancel. They won’t give you anything in writing—just a cheerful “trust us.” Right. Because if you can’t wash a truck, obviously you can be trusted with billing. If you enjoy paying for nothing and arguing about canceling nothing, ModWash is perfect. Everyone else should steer clear.
