I went to the car wash and the lady that was a manager said it was the best car wash in the area. My new car says otherwise. The car wash ripped my antenna completely out and the lady didn’t care at all. She brought my antenna back to me and went back to work with no cares. Like she was mad at me because she falsely advertised. If there was a way to give the rating zero stars, the car wash would’ve gotten it. This is ridiculous. Your customer service sucks.

I just got my car washed at Modwash in Largo. In my mind this is the best car wash in the area! I love the fact that they’ve supplied towels for us to wipe things up, and the towels are always clean and it’s just a really good experience. I also have to give a great shout out to their wonderful customer service. I’ve dealt with them on several different occasions for various reasons never anything bad and they just do a great job. I can’t say enough good stuff about this company.!!!

The people that work here has always been nice& helpful. Love this place. They guide you in which I really like. Some car washes are not assisting that is why I switched to ModWash they are good.

I’ve been to several Mod locations and this one is great. They pre scrub my car! Updated 2/8 mid day. Did not get an air freshener or was my car scrubbed. The one thing that set this location apart is gone.

First time at this car wash, When I asked about the prices, the staff member was not pushy about me signing up for a monthly rate which I appreciated. I did the one time rate of $14 so I could see what this place was about.. My car came out very clean, Vacuum cleaners worked great plenty of the towels and window wash. Another staff member David came over before I left just to make sure everything was OK and offered me an air freshener. I will continue coming to this place monthly.

Great facility! Stopped in for a quick vacuum before returning a rental car. Didn't have a membership as I wasn't aware one was needed, but Miss Pat (Manager) was kind enough to allow me to use the vacuum and went out of her way to accommodate me. Pleasant experience that earned my return.

ModWash on East Bay Dr in Largo/Clearwater always gives VIP service! We’ve had 3 vehicles registered here for many years but today is worth mentioning that service was above extraordinary! Michelle & Micheal provided my husband more than just excellent service when he got locked out of his car. They were kind, caring & thoughtful! Micheal even lent my husband his phone so he could call me to bring spare key. Micheal’s gentle nature & concern is something we will never forget! Thank you ModWash for having caring employees!

I really ModWash. My car always comes out very clean, and I like receiving a car freshner everytime I go. I do wish that the suction on the vacuums were a bit better, it's hit or miss depending on what vacuuming station you go to.

Originally needed help as I picked up a membership at the Pinellas location but didn’t have any information still on it, if it was still active, how much etc. When I got there and after my car wash, Mary at the check in spot assisted as best she could with my questions and directed me to Alex, the new manager. He was patient and detailed with me, finding my membership with ease and explaining the terms and details. I did voice some concerns as I thought I got a different kind of membership, but he assured me if I paid for a promotion, I was receiving it. After I left the office and resumed cleaning my car, Alex came to me again to reassure me and explain what I was paying compared to the normal plans/prices. This was a relief to me and I greatly appreciated his help. There was also a young gentleman named David who assisted while I was outside, asking if I needed anything or assistance. Very sweet. Every staff member I spoke to had a kind attitude, was well informed, and very helpful. I originally was going to wash my car at the Pinellas park location, but going forward I’ll be going to this location. 10/10.

I come here quite often I usually get the MustWash. I was helped by Chad and Anna they were outstanding! Chad noticed me buying the single washes all the time and he helped explain the breakdown on how much money I can save with their memberships. He educated me on the ceramic wax / graphene wax and how each one works so I got the ModWash one and I’m so glad he helped me and saved me money. I’m telling everyone I know to come here!
