First time here and a man told us to leave because we were washing our car for too long. I totally would understand if they were packed but there were only 2 other cars. Won’t be coming back

Really tough to say this, but every time I go there all of the brushes don't work. The soap does not evenly distribute, the vacuums aren't that strong, AND they have air hoses to blow off the water but they're so short it doesn't even get all the way around your car. Yesterday I went there and some guy claiming to be the owner was the rudest person I've ever met I will definitely be changing car washes and of course the multiple cars in my family will be going somewhere else also no more monthly fee to this place. Did I say the guy claiming to be the owner was rude and immature? Clearly this guy has no experience or training interacting with the public. I've never been treated so poorly. He was so busy flirting with the girl in the car in the next Lane trying so hard and she couldn't give him the time of day

I don’t know why I come here. These rubber brushes absolutely destroy the paint if not cleaned all the time to get rocks and dirt out. Wonder how much this is gonna cost me to fix.

If you need to vacuum your car, this is not the place to take it… I have never had weaker vacuums! Is it a convenient location yes… Is it worth the extra price absolutely not.

I totally understand that this type of car wash can't make a car look like new, unless it looks like new when you get there, but I spent $15 for absolutely nothing. I hope it let's me post a photo. The photo is of my car AFTER going through this car wash. 😬 Back to Sunshine Car Wash I go!

Beware: Going through this car wash ripped off my side mirror cover. I've gone to these car washes for years and this has never happened. This is my first time at this one. I contacted them when I realized my cover had been ripped off only to be told that this happens all the time and they have signs up and would not be helping to pay any of the cost for a replacement. So, this is an expensive ($99 for the part plus it has to be painted at an auto body shop, whatever that will cost) lesson to not visit these car washes again.

Says they’re open until 7, drove by at 5:58 and they are closed. Second time this has happened. Not a drop of rain today. Why pay for a membership if the hour aren’t accurate and when you try to wash your car they’re closed. Ridiculous.

This car wash needs to have the machine that washes your floor mats. It also needs a better system for reading the license plate for my monthly membership. Every time I come through, I have to still put my window down and click continue because they’re constantly trying to make me upgrade to things and that is completely annoying enough where I want to get a different membership. I’m in a little car and it’s really difficult to reach from my car window to just click continue when I already have a membership bought.

This place is a hit or miss every time I go it seems the vehicle gets less soap and when you first enter they don't scrub like how they use to when your vehicle comes out the wash it's still dusty/dirty yet alone it dont dry the right way! This place needs some tweeking!!

This is the only car was that puts gray grease on my rims. I have told them countless times to turn off tire shine and when they do not it takes me 20 minutes to remove the greasy mess off the rims and leaves my car with soap all over.

After paying $25 for a car wash, my car came out with soap all over it. After my husband complained, we were told we could go back through, which we agreed to do even though it took up more time. Then when we got in line, we had to wait and try buzzing for help in order to go in without paying yet again. When help finally arrived, the boy told us "well we have towels". I'm sorry but I should not have to wipe soap off my vehicle when I paid to have it rinsed, waxed, dried, etc. That is ridiculous! The dismissive attitudes paired with disappointing results ensured I will never bring my car here again. There are plenty of car washes around. If you want business, you need to give customers what they're paying for. And have some respect for them and their time.

Great place great location It did a pretty good job of getting my really dirty car clean and I didn't even get the best car wash If I live down here I would definitely go here and get there monthly car wash special very nice to have air and vacuums at the end and they also had towels and cleaner so you could do more cleaning on the inside of your car Very nice place would highly recommend!!

I really like it when a car wash does the little bit extra at the beginning of the wash. Take a scrub brushes gets the front grill and window and back bumper of the car. The hot spots for dirt to remove excess. Very nice set up. Like the rainbow soap helped get my scared son through. Nice vacuums. Could have been a bit stronger but we had both out at same time. Also, soap smells good. Nice wash even for the basic $10 will come back!

Had the mid-tier monthly plan for 2 months. Kia EV9. Gave about 80% clean. Still leaves dirt on the sides in some spots. The brushes are large, heavy rubber pads and do scratch plastic trim and leave swirl marks on the vehicle. The attached photos are a just-washed vehicle. Not impressed. Better than some though. Cancelled subscription today and seeking another wash.
