I recently visited Mod Wash and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Nate, one of the staff members. From the moment I arrived, Nate's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome. He patiently explained the different wash packages and helped me choose the one that best suited my car's needs. Great experience. Was a little concerned initially with the top wash price but the results of the wash were excellent. Then being able to use the vacuum and window cleaning services for free really sold this service to me. I will be using this primarily for our vehicles in the future.

Yesterday was my first time at ModWash and I was thrilled by the customer experience I had! I had some questions about the unlimited washes and Ryan and the great lady at the entrance (I wish I would have gotten her name!) were SO helpful. I had a great wash (I've had issues with other car washes not doing a very good job) and when I pulled into the bay to give my car a vacuum, Ryan was there to help me dry since they weren't too busy. How great was that!? The vacuums were the most powerful vacuums - they even got the dog hair out. Seriously the best vacuums I've ever used. And the towels are close-by and they even have window cleaner for when you need it. Ryan explained the automatic mat washer which is a neat feature that I will definitely use. He even gave me some history about the company which I thought was fantastic. He was helpful, happy and passionate about his work and it was so great to see people not looking miserable on the job. The overall area was super clean too. I didn't feel disgusting after using the vacuums. lol It was overall a great experience and I am now a loyal customer! Keep up the great work team!

Website is a total waste of time. When the Butler location first opened, I was impressed with how nice my truck looked. Since then I have lost my antenna...annoying but not a huge deal, the air fresheners used to smell nice but I've been using the same one and something changed.....it's gross!! One of the brushes inside stopped working months ago. There was a day I went through 4 times and on the 3rd time I spoke with the attendant and she was really rude. I do a lot of driving so I've started going to several locations all are different. Shouldn't the results be the same at each location? Not really worth the hassle.

Waste of money and time going here. $31 for Ultimate wash = 1st horizontal brush did not drop to clean, 2nd on left vertical brush did not touch the car, 1st on right vertical brush did not touch the car, and chemical sprayed half of the car. Complained to the attendant who offered zero solutions and said “ok then.”

These people charged me twice this month. I tried to call the company to no avail. I was on hold over 20 minutes. Nobody ever answers! One day I went at 3:30 in the afternoon. It was closed. What am I paying for?

We went to Mod Car Wash because our car was severely dirty. Like REALLY dirty. There were dead bugs on the front, the wind shield had some bird poop and dirt on it, and the car itself was just crusty. Don’t get me wrong, the service was great. We even tipped the worker who helped us. But it was the cleaning itself. The drying machines barely did anything, so when we came out, there were still water droplets on our car. Then when we parked, we still saw tons of dirt on the back of the rear view mirror, and there were still some bugs. I would only recommend this if your car is only a little dirty.

$12 wash didnt clean the car very well. Back of the car was still dirty as were the wheels. I guess if you do pull around into a spot to dry and vacuum, you can get the whole thing clean but if you just want the wash, your car will not look as you would think.

Multiple non functioning bridges (1st overhead + multiple side) since the beginning of August of this year. Have contacted support numerous times with delayed replies and no resolution or fix. Was promised a call from the general manager within 2-3 days that never happened - that was over two weeks ago and still has not occurred despite an additional follow up from me via email which has gone unanswered. This location was AWESOME when they first opened but they clearly don’t care about maintaining that level of quality. Strongly suggest going elsewhere if you expect to get what you’re paying for.

We have used this location and the Ross location. This one is horrible in comparison. For one, membership is too expensive for them to be closing earlier than their Google listing says they do. We have showed up at 6:30 when Google says they close at 7, only to find cones blocking the line to enter the wash. Additionally, I see others agree in their reviews, but the wash doesn’t appear to function fully vs what we had at the Ross wash… sometimes there aren’t any lights, it doesn’t seem soap is washed off thoroughly enough, etc.

I signed up for a ModWash membership and attempted to use the Wexford location multiple times. Each time, the location was closed with cones blocking the entrance during posted operating hours. When I asked an employee why it was closed, I was told the garage door was broken. This is extremely inconvenient, as the Wexford location is close to me and was the main reason I purchased the membership. Having to travel to another location defeats the purpose of the convenience I was paying for.

I became a member because the Wexford location is right across the street from my work. The location is closed with cones blocking the entrance like 75% of the time I try to come, and it’s always right in the middle of business hours. There’s no point in paying for a membership when you can’t ever actually access it. At this location you’ll pay monthly just to be able to vacuum your car.
