I purchased the most basic wash - it was still priced at $12! My car was not clean at all when leaving ..the only way you could tell it went through the wash was because it was wet. There was still dirt on the sides, the windshield didn't look like it had been touched. The side mirrors were still very dirty. The only positive were the strong vacuums. And they do provide towels - which I ended up using after the wash to clean my car...

After 3 trips in one week I decided it was time to buy the month package. Living in the country during the summer = a lot of bugs! Love that there's a bug prep station but it's hard to get in if there's a big truck pulled into one of the 2 spots so I didn't get to try that yesterday. But I enjoy having a nice car wash in Locust, it's been long overdue for years. Everyone is super friendly and nice, especially Allie. She came around and checked on everyone vacuuming their cars, see how they enjoyed their wash for the day and if they needed anything. My kids love getting the Mod car fresheners too when we visit because it really makes the car smell nice. As a mom of 4, stepmom of 1, with sports every weekend and events my poor car needs all the help it can get to stay clean and smelling nice! Truthfully, I joke about my car being a mess with 5 kids but compared to some I've saw with (less) kids or even just adults and all I have are pieces of the soccer field or an empty water bottle occasionally then I can't complain too much. But I really am looking forward to my month of washes because I do like having a nice clean car. Plus it gives me a chance to chat with Allie more 😃

Riley Did a fantastic job assisting me on my first time here. He basically walked me thru and kept checking on my to make sure I knew where all the bells and whistles were to get the best wash. After 4 months of no wash I think my car feels so much better!!

The car wash itself did a really bad job. The car wash had brushes that never even touched my car. I had to rewash by hand after it came out. Windows had brush marks and aren’t clean. Sides of the car still had dirt splashed on them. The hood still had black dots I had to wipe myself. The side mirrors were still gross. I had to dodge Ralph the mouse the whole time! I think he wanted to come home with me! They did supply strong suctioning vacuums and air fresheners. I tried to take pictures of the dirty windows but I don’t know if you can see from that angle.

Got a membership and loved it at first, however the tire scrubbers dented my car. Didn’t realize it was the car wash until I got the dent fixed and then went back in the car wash and it dented it at the exact same spot that I just had fixed. I have been waiting for months for someone to call me back so they can pay for my dents. They don’t seem to care too much and 2 employees told me they had many complaints about dents and scratches to other people’s cars. Needless to say, I’ve canceled my membership. Beware of this place unless you like dents and scratches on your vehicle.

I went in to cancel my subscription, gave them all the information they asked for to cancel it, was told it was canceled, and I got charged the next day. When I called customer service, they said they had no record of the cancellation and would not refund me. I called twice and got the same answer. When I went in the next month to try to cancel again, one of the workers was very nice, but he brought me into the manager to get it canceled, and the manager wouldn't even talk to me. He just barked at the other worker that I needed to go on the website to cancel and that they wouldn't do it in store anymore. The other worker asked if he could give me the website address or phone number or something, and he said, "She'll just have to find it online." He did apologize for the manager's rude behavior, but that's not going to make me come back here, after two really bad experiences, and being swindled out of my money. Not to mention, this car wash scratched the surface of my vehicle. I don't ever leave bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience and I will never be back.

A year ago I left a great review, customer service was awesome, I did notice my car wasn’t as clean but figured they had just opened and would work through the “bugs” But today I paid $18 for the car wash and was so disappointed. My car was left so dirty. Unlike other car washes (not all but MOST) they don’t scrub the front of the car for bugs, so after going through it, it was still pretty gross. The back was left a hot mess which I inserted photos to be seen. No clean rags and half of the bottles are broken? It’s just really sad to pay $18 for a car wash and this is the outcome. I will sadly not be back: again customer service was good, but over-all I do not recommended for the price. I want to add that I bought the middle priced car wash.

Overall a decent place for a quick wash. Don’t expect a great wash even with the higher costing washes. I wish they had vacuums on both sides for each stall and I wish they had a smaller nozzle to get into smaller areas. The floor mat cleaning machine doesn’t really clean very well.

First time, not impressed for a $12 wash. Virtually no water applied to the truck before the big roller brushes hit it lots of soap later but not much brush action. No spraying was done by attendant as I was pulling in. Dryers had no chance because the end of the car wash is sloped and basically shots you pas the dryers. Most of the vacuums were weak or didn't work due to one hose being completely disconnected. Attendants no where to be found after I started wash. Better service and value elsewhere, I would take a pass on thia location.

This is the best car wash I've ever been to!!! Super surprised on how clean and shiny my car came out.. "genuinely looks detailed" customer service is second to none, everyone seems happy and eager to help! And the cars flow through the car wash Quick and efficient, you can definitely tell the employees know exactly what they're doing, and all of them have big smiles! Vacuums work amazing! This wash is terrible. I got the $18 wash. My car was not only still dirty but it was left covered in soap or wax whichever is pink. Honestly this wash is so bad it’s comical. I don’t think it was ever rinsed with water at all ,I think the set up is that the blowers are supposed to just blow the soap off. I asked about going through a rinse and wasn’t taken seriously. The guy was nice while explaining that there isn’t a rinse option and more soap would be applied, he then seemed agreeable and fine with me leaving to go to a gas station to purchase a wash to have it rinsed. Eeek. The people are nice, the vacuum is good but the car wash horrible. Amazingly bad. I’m at Earp’s in Mint Hill getting my car rinsed.

Went to get my daughter‘s Ford Edge washed from the salt from snowstorm, asked for under carriage wash. Price was $25. Ridiculous price and the wash was TERRIBLE only parts of the undercarriage was wet when I pulled over at the exit of car wash to open mirror I looked underneath the car. Only wet at front part of the car. The back window was still very dirty. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I could have purchased an undercarriage pressure washer for $54 and washed it better at home. Scam, overpriced and poor quality.
