Great wash. Little soap suds left after the wash, unlimited wash package knowing is the highest level wash, I’d expect a better rinse but that’s literally 5% of my car, the rest is perfect. Free vacuums are nice.

I love Drake’s! The wash is far better than mod wash. The staff sprays your car in the front and the back before you enter, ensuring that the hard to clean spots get cleaned. Mod wash does not do this. I have left there several times with the back of my car still dirty.

I would like to give a big shout out to Aaron (Aa-Ron lol) I stopped by this place real quick just to use their vacuums. And as I was clearly struggling to figure out how to use them, Aaron was nice enough to run over and explain how to use them. Noticing that my car was definitely in need of a wash, Aaron proceeded to tell me about the wonderful deals they had going on at the time. It was the first time that I ever used an automatic car wash, and I've been spoiled ever since ❤️

I have a membership. I pulled in for a carwash this evening. Wasn't told they were closing. Got my car washed, pulled around to vacuum and clean. Discovered no rags or supplies. Went to office and grabbed supplies. Then found vacuums off. I asked for vacuums to be turned on and was denied and told they are closed. Not happy. Should have told me before I washed the car. I proceed to use air gun to clean my car interior and have Aaron come to lot and demand we leave. Poor customer service. Not smart for a new carwash. No apology. Nothing. I will return to mod wash. It's more accessible from the road anyway. I wanted to give a new local business a chance over a big chain carwash. Stupid me. Lesson learned. Edit: The sales team at Drakes reached out to me and have been incredibly responsive to my concerns and experience. Direction was given to the employees that I had the negative interaction with and Drakes is refunding a months member fee for my trouble. It's great to see upper management engaged and seeking to offer corrective action to improve customer experiences. I appreciate it!

The $25 for unlimited Express wash is an okay value. The wash is consistent and the facility well laid out. I have been a patron since they opened at this location. I like the friendly attentive workers.

I’ve been there twice so far and both times there have been issues with the functionality of the wash. Today it shut down and when it got running again the worker hurried my car out without letting it get dried, so my car looks worse than when I got there. The line was so long at that point, I didn’t have the time to wait for a second round through. Mod wash looked fully functional and just a stones throw away, so next time I’ll try them.

This place is calm, and quiet. The workers here are super cool, and helpful. It’s all you want in a self serve car wash. Definitely 10/10 recommend
