So I dropped a car off to him about a month ago, I said to him that I wasn’t a priority and and a week or two would be fine to get it done and he agreeed , two weeks comes around and he starts to string me along. Another week goes by and he tells me the following Monday it will be ready because I was next in line. It is now the Tuesday after and I call him and he says my car is sitting right where I left it and hasn’t touched it, I then tell him that I’m coming to pick up the car and he heard my girlfriend in the background say something and his comment was “wait How many people am I speaking with” and seemed very aggravated then proceeded to just hang up the phone very unprofessional, and Will not be using him again.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! I would consider myself a somewhat picky customer and this guy absolutely blew my mind. I am just stunned at how much dirt and grime they got out of my car. In general my car was clean but they made it look showroom new. I am VERY impressed! They are definitely my new detail place. The customer service was over and beyond what I would of expected. GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!

Went down to discuss if my cars scratches could be removed. I was told yes! For 300.00$ it was shined! Scratches still there! I specifically said, can these come out, I knew some couldn’t, which I was fine with but meant fine scratches ….& they are all still here! Not happy especially because it cost 300.00$ for what I consider a wax job.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! MY CAR WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL! Al Harmsen is the owner and person who actually did the work. I have one of his business cards in my hand as I'm writing this. He gave me this card as a receipt only after I told him I needed one. It is just his scribble on the back saying that I paid him $125 cash. He advertises his business as a Auto detailing service, but it is really just a body shop that happens to have a vacuum cleaner. I left my vehicle there overnight with the promise that it would be clean in the morning. He called me at 5pm the next day and to tell me he needed another day. He called me the following day to tell me it was ready, so I proceeded to inspect the cleanliness of my car and I discovered my car was not cleaned at all. I asked him if he could do a better job, to which he replied that he had already worked on it for hours and that my car was too dirty for for him to get it perfect. He then said if i wanted it cleaned more thoroughly, it would cost me an additional $125! I immediately took my car to another auto detailing shop to ask their opinion. The owner of this place told me that my car had barely even been vacuumed much less detailed. He also said that if any of his employees ever tried to give a car back in this condition he would fire them. I paid an additional $125 (with a credit card and receipt) to this other place and got back a perfectly cleaned car.

Took my car for headlights restoration. A year and half later, I'm left with this! However, he told me, he will apply 3 types of coating to make it last forever. Not happy with the service, and the service was not cheap!

I walked into Mobile Detailing expecting bad news on a scratch on my 4 month old RAV 4. Al checked it and said he wasn’t sure if I would have to paint the door. I went back the next day and he worked his magic on the scratch. I can’t even see where the scratch was. I’m amazed at the work he did, and for a price that couldn’t be better. Thank you Al for your kindness, fairness and above all the expertise you displayed. I won’t go anywhere else for my car care!

We have used Mobile Detailing a few times. Each time we were extremely satisfied. Would not go to a big name body shop ever again. Al does impeccable work no matter if it’s detailing your car or body work from an accident. He’s fair and very upfront . That’s hard to find nowadays someone who actually will try to save you money rather than overcharge. Highly recommended!!!!

Finding someone to fix my curb-damaged wheel rim was not easy. One shop an hour away gave me a great price sight unseen but needed my car for three days. Another told me they already knew my rim color was too hard to match so they’d need to do two rims for good measure – but I’d have to find another shop to remove them first. Then put them back on the car when the work was done. No, thank you. Not Al. I brought it in, and he immediately said I could have it back the next day. Even though his quote was more expensive, it was still way less than buying a new rim from the car manufacturer. But once Al gave me a shop tour and explained the crazy intricate way he matches colors and approaches his work, I knew I was in the right place.
