Do not use this place for oil changes! My oil filter was not even hand tight and was leaking oil. I'm fotunate that it didn't lose all the oil and ruin my engine! Also the drain plug was so tight that I had to put a piece of pipe on my rachet to get it loose. Scary! They must have impacted it on! If you want something done right , do it yourself!

The workers are very polite, courteous & helpful. They replaced a windshield wiper for me at no cost. (was my wiper that had come off.) They also offered to replace 2 burnt out lights on my car for me at no additional cost. Service is fast, easy & convenient & they are very thorough. 5 stars! 👍

I took my Subaru Outback in for an oil change. As I went to leave, my transmission slipped pulling on to the highway. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I called the manager and let him know of the issue just to document it....but assumed no connection between the oil change and a non-functional transmission, though the timing was extremely suspect. I had it towed to the Subaru dealer to get it diagnosed. Subaru found the transmission was 4 quarts low on fluid and the engine had almost twice the recommended oil level. After Subaru made the necessary repairs, I returned to discuss the cost and the damage. The acting manager told me Subaru transmissions are sealed and that it's impossible to drain the fluid. He told me when he called the owner that their policy is to deny liability. I drive 5500 miles per month which means 12 oil changes per year at $77 each. We have 2 other vehicles and we had settled on this being our go-to place. All I asked for was reimbursement for the towing and the $500+\- I spent at Subaru for repairs. Now we have to find a new place. The location is so convenient. We're very disappointed.

I went to the Niles, Michigan location. Great customer service! Very clean. Everything was explained and price options were given so I was able to pick the best option for me. Reasonably priced. All the way around 5 stars. absolutely grade A customer service. They're super quick and friendly Tyler, Dustin, and Doug were very friendly and got me right in and out fast

Seriously the best oil change I've gotten. Fast, friendly, HONEST staff. Came in too early for our next oil change only to be told the oil and filter look great so they recommended waiting for the scheduled date. So refreshing to not be charged just for greed's sake! Plus, car wash AND they vaccumed the inside as part of the complimentary service, which also included topping off windshield fluid. I will never go anywhere else so long as I can get here within a 45 minute drive. 10/10 entirely recommend these guys! You'll not regret it!

Tyler, Dom and Dustin, these guys are amazing, they saved me money and time today by letting me know I didn’t need service yet due to the oil they used. It’s good for 10k and I have only use 4k. After checking my oil it was true I didn’t need service yet. Not everyone would have been honest, they would have taken my money. This place a definitely improved since it was Quick Lube. Definitely coming back

Had to go out of town urgently last Friday, and couldn't get an appointment with my regular garage, so I popped in here to have an oil change done. The young man that helped me was very professional, and friendly, and explained everything ahead of time. ( I don't remember his name, however He had an accent) There was another man under my car working on it, I didn't meet him. I was surprised at how fast all of the service was done, and at a good reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them, and will be back again for future services needed.

Tyler, Robert, and Jason took care of me today. They were so friendly, kind, and professional. Tyler asked me if I'd like him to tape up my passenger side mirror that was broken, and he did a really nice job. The service was very fast, and thorough. I appreciate the insight that they gave me as they were chatting with me while changing my oil and taping the mirror. There was a customer next to me that I could see was getting great service as well. She left and seemed very happy. I know I was very happy and will definitely return.

I had been coming here for years as advised by my father who was also a loyal customer for years. I recently had my Father in-law change my oil within the regular mileage recommended by this facility, and we found that I was short by 3 whole quarts! ( 5 needed total, and my car is not leaking or burning oil) I'm glad I have competent family members who helped address the problem and let me know if this INSANE discrepancy. Long story short, PLEASE DONT DO BUISNESS HERE! THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!! (You only got that 2nd star because we used to come for years with no issues.)

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. Put 8 dollars in, got 3 minutes. Had to drive down the road covered in pink soap to pay another 10 bucks to get it washed correctly. Displays are all cracked so you can't read them, dial points to some other item that you don't want, so you'll spend more time trying to find what you want than you will actually washing. But that won't matter because it will cut you off early. Save your money and go to a real wash

Love going here. Fast service and don't have to get out your car. Our fiat 500x was the first fiat this place had ever did an oil change then they did an oil change on our jeep and after that they asked about our air filter which they did change for free sense we brought the part in. We have never been offered that anywhere else. 100% recommend.

So I needed an oil change, I have a 2024 Chevy traverse. This place was close and able to get in and out. Pull in, and thank god they didn’t drain my oil. They couldn’t change my oil because their computer isn’t updated. Yet, I could hear them talking the entire time. They were talking about different types of oil that can be used. Finally they just tell me they can’t give me an oil change because of their computer. I haven’t met such lazy people in my life. I would not recommend this place at all. Too top it off he only offered me two different prices when I know they have 4-5 different levels of oil.
