I took my 2015 Ford Explorer in to get some overspray cleaned off it. What I got back was a brand new truck! It wasn’t even the same color; rather, I had forgotten what color it truly was when I bought it new - it wasn’t a boring black but a dazzling satin with green and purple glitter somehow combined to look black. Oh my! I’m going back twice a year now! Thanks Chad!

Definitely the best detailing experience I’ve had. Chad is very professional, kind, fair, and honest. I’ve had him do two SUV’s, and my lifted pickup, and next will be my Mercedes. My vehicles look amazing and I don’t say that lightly. I am a car fanatic And a perfectionist, and I understand the amount of work that’s involved in attaining this level of detail. I trust Chad with keeping my vehicles for whatever period of time it takes to get them finished. His facility is super clean and organized. My car really needed some attention. Mitchell’s Ultimate Detailing made my 2011 Infiniti look like it just came off the showroom. Inside and out perfection to every detail. Our family has had a half dozen classic Porsches and have alway just done the basic washing & waxing ourselves. Never again!!! The owner Chad personally saw our car through the process which included paint correction and a top notch Ceramic Coating. The car Mitchell’s Ultimate Detailing did was 25 years old and no joke, it looked better than the day we bought it new. Planning on having more cars done in the future.100% recommend. I took my 2013 Kia Optima and Jordan did a tremendous job. The cloth seats were very stained, there was makeup on the radio buttons, and gunk all in the cup holders. After Jordan did his detailing magic (working on it for 8 hours), the car interior looked like the car rolled off the dealer floor. He also did an outstanding job on the exterior. It was caked with dirt and grime and the wheels were covered in brake dust. Not anymore! I didn’t realize the paint job had the ability to shine again. He proved me wrong! I was floored at the level of excellence Jordan puts into his work. If you need any detailing done to your vehicle, Jordan is the man to call. He is courteous, kind, and professional! He will get my business again for sure!

We were traveling from Florida to visit family is Niles and had a big truck splatter our brand new white Ford Expedition Max with a dark sticky tar-like substance. It was a mess! Contacted Mitchell’s because of their 5 star reviews. They got us in next day and did an INCREDIBLE job detailing the outside and successfully removing the sticky substance. Super nice people, very competitive pricing…so happy we picked them for our emergency detailing needs.

Jordan went above and beyond to correct an issue that was entirely my own fault. He spent extra time and lots of elbow grease to remedy white road line paint on my truck that spattered up the passenger side of my Rebel.
