This is my 3rd visit for an oil change and every time I have received great, friendly service. This time I was in a big hurry and had to drop off my car and Uber back to work. They worked with me, paid in advance and picked up my car later at night after they were closed. In addition I asked for the car wash and they said they were really busy and I could get a rain check. I said no thanks and no problem - however, they still managed to wash and get a weird scratched area buffed out of my door. I have had nothing but stellar customer service here. And as for comments about price, this kind of shop and service is always work more.

I've been living with an extremely loud and irritating noise emanating from my engine compartment for months. It's vibrations could even be felt in my steering wheel and accelerator. At freeway speeds it was so loud I could scarcely even carry on a conversation and I'm sure it was harming my hearing. The techs at the Toyota dealership couldn't figure it out, they told me it was my tires. I bought new tires, to no avail. Finally I asked Justin to take a look at it. After one test drive he was confident he knew what the issue was. Two knuckles, an axel and a day later, my car is running like brand new and it's whisper quiet! Sometimes you don't even realize how much an issue like that effects your quality of life until it's fixed. What a tremendous relief! My gas mileage has improved dramatically also. Justin and his friendly and professional staff are fantastic! If only 10 stars were an option!

As you can see from the silver Scion pictures, I came in with some scuffs on the side of the car and wheel... mobile 1 did an oil change and car wash and got rid of all the damage!!!!! Amazing place!

My friend recommended them to me. I just returned from a trip to California and the oil change light was on. I called the Acura dealer and the 1st appointment was Saturday and today is Monday. Also the service at the dealer is $100+. I called today Monday a little after 2pm and brought the car over. they had me out in less then 45 minutes btw my car was extremely dirty from the trip. When the service was finished the car looked new. and on top of that they gave me a Veterans discount. I saved over $30 under the dealers price and did not have to drive 50 miles round trip to take it there. They did a great job highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I feel it's important. I came here for an oil change. The prices seemed a little high for an oil change (full synthetic) but I decided to get it changed here. I went home after the oil change and realized my car was leaking. I had my neighbor take a look and my neighbor said the screw was so extremely lose, he could tighten it with his hand! I not only got oil all over the driveway but I was losing oil in my brand new Honda. I called to complain after my neighbor went through all the trouble to fix it and the owner said he wanted me to come in so he could "double check" to make sure everything had been fixed. He really didn't seem to care about the trouble and hassle it caused me, he just wanted to check the work - even though my neighbor was the one who fixed it! When I got there he defended his mechanic, didn't take any responsibility and only offered to double check it and provide a free car wash. I ended up not having them look at it as I didn't want to waste my time since it was already fixed. Bottom line: I wont be coming here ever again. I simply don't trust their work and don't want them touching my brand new car. Once trust is lost, especially after a first time visit, trust is gone. At the very least the owner could have apologized, taken responsibility and maybe refunded the oil change. That never happened.

Went here for a hand wash on my truck. Quick and they did a great job. $35 for an oversized truck which is very reasonable in my opinion! Included interior wipe down and vacuuming. Will definitely be back

I am writing to thank Gary and the team at Mobil 1 in Anthem for their help. On the way north to Flagstaff, the check engine light came on and my car started mising badly and losing power. I was able to nurse the car home and called Gary at Mobil 1. Although it was a busy Friday, Gary took my car in and had a technician accurately diagnose the problem (3 of 6 ignition coils were intermittently failing). Gary and his team were able to track down the necessary parts - and have my car repaired by early the following morning - all at a much better price than the dealer would have charged. I really appreciate their prompt and professional help. Thank you!!!

Had a great experience here at our local Anthem location today, 5.17. No appointment needed and they not only completed my oil change but were also able to access the dreaded "check engine light" that showed up the day before. The team is friendly, professional, and efficient-they even washed my car for free! This is my new go-to location for all future oil changes. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Today was my first time ever walking into the store. I was told that it takes One hour to do an oil change. And if any of you know how to work on cars, As I had done for many years, It does not take one hour to do an oil change. Even without a lift and all the tools that these places I was able to do it in my own garage and under 30 minutes. I’m not sure if they were lazy or did not want to Do more work for the day, But regardless, it was more customer service. To whoever manages this place, I highly recommend you find new mechanics if it takes yo your current ones an hour to do one oil change. You cannot call a place EXPRESS lube, If the oil change is not very “express”.

I've been taking my vehicles and referring friends to Anthem Mobil 1 since 2010. The owner seems to always hire solid employees and services are consistently exceptional. He's only had two managers in the last seven years, which a plus because it's nice to see familiar face when needing a car repair. The current manager, Gary, is always professional and goes out of his way to exceed expectations. If you're looking for honest and professional services, this is your garage.

I'm glad I found this place. They serviced my car with no issues, great customer service, perfect hand car wash, and comfy waiting room. It is refreshing to find a mechanic who is transparent and who you can trust. Good pricing, for top of the line service. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. I’ve been using Gary now for about four years. The same time I moved to Anthem. I started out with getting oil changes on my cars and I’ve used them on my kids cars as well. He’s always done a fast quick service no fuss at a reasonable price. He seems to work on any vehicle. I have a BMW 320 diesel that he’s done to work to and he never bats and eye. Recently, I had some suspension issues on my wife’s Lexus 350 that I just purchased. Gary replaced the front struts. The sound diminished by about 80% but I was still having some funny noises that I thought were unrelated. I returned it, and Gary found that the struts were defective and warranted them out and replaced them for free! I came in expecting a bill and he handed me the keys and shook my hand. I feel like many auto shops could’ve taken advantage of that situation. He’s very busy, but does excellent work. Thank you, Gary for doing such a great job in Anthem!

I cannot believe how well they detailed my 8 year old Jeep Wrangler, inside and out! All the plastic on it had severe sun damage and they restored it, plus I have the world's heaviest shedding dog and now the interior looks like he's never even stepped foot into it! It looks like the day I brought it home - brand new! He even called me to remind me to come get my car before a storm rolls through so it doesn't ruin the beautiful work. Definitely always bringing my cars here and telling everyone else to!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ETHICS! If you need any auto work whatsoever my family and I cannot recommend Mobil 1 and specifically Gary enough. He has always been transparent and honest with us about fixing our cars. He just recently saved my family and I hundreds of dollars quoted from the dealership to fix a skid plate. We are extremely grateful and always 100% satisfied with any work we’ve gotten done here. We are so grateful, keep up the amazing service and work!

I had the best service at Mobile 1! Unfortunately, my car broke down on the I-17 so I had to have it towed to them. When I got there they were able to get my car in right away and diagnosed the problem. It wasn’t great news that I wanted to hear but they give me their honest opinion and advice on what my options were to fix it and what they felt would be my best option. I was so happy with their service that if I’m in need of a mechanic again I will definitely go back to them!

I always have such a great experience getting my oil change done here! The staff is always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They take the time to explain everything clearly, don't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, and make sure I feel taken care of every step of the way.
