I came in with the mindset of getting a detail before selling my BMW 435i. I left, after completed service, with a changed mindset of keeping the car. They did an amazing job. The inside was covered in dog hair. The car looks, smells, and feels like I got a new car. And pricing was excellent compared to competitors performing the same service. Customer service was excellent. 100% will be recommending to friends and family.

I got my car washed inside and out and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the results. Not only did they remove all the dirt and grime from my car, but they also paid attention to detail, ensuring that every nook and cranny was spotless. John worked on my car for 12hrs. He found an issue within the first hour and let me know how he intended to fix it. It did add an additional charge and time to my full detail but it was well worth it. The receptionist was friendly, informative, and patient. She also called in the evening, past closing time, to ensure that John got the credit he deserved and to make sure I was happy with their service. I called the number on the business card to check on medication that was left behind and was greeted BY NAME. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I've literally never had a detail done professionally before and he restored the car as if I had just bought it. I know I got a great deal on this service and I will be returning in the future to Mo/John with other vehicles and a better appreciation for how much work goes into it.

They do a great job at cleaning your car, however my experience wasn’t the best. Make sure to read the prices and services BEFORE they take your car so you are aware of what you’re paying for. My car stays fairly clean as I have no kids, no pets, and do not eat in my car and it took 3 hours for detailing. I made an appointment and two other patrons came and left before me. I received “3 free washes” as a conflict resolution but the owner ignored me when I reached out to use one. (I wasn’t surprised) overall even though the car wash is good, I wouldn’t go back because of the poor service and I shouldn’t make an appointment then be questioned “if I have something to do” when I had been waiting for 3 hours.

After my 1st visit, I was hooked. I have had car washes and full details, as well as purchased air fresheners, sprays, body butters, ect. The Owner and the staff are very professional as well as very accommodating. It is a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere if you choose to wait for your vehicle and if you need to leave your vehicle, they even offer drop off and pick up services for the customers. I am so grateful that I have actually found a business that takes pride in what they do and provides superb customer service. I am definitely a forever customer!

Mo Betta Shine is the place where you want to take your vehicle to get a professional detailing done right. I took my BMW X6 there and when they finished my car looked like it came off of the showroom floor it was so shiny and the tires had a black shine and the interior smelled so good they put a conditioner on the leather seats. I will go back and I suggest you check them out you won't be disappointed.

Good on what they did but it doesn't look like they cleaned the back seats or the steering wheel. Attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't realize what they missed until after I left.

Paid to have the exterior washed and cleaning on the inside. I paid extra to have dog hair removed. Waited for 2.5 hours to come out to my car that still had spots all over the doors and console, dirt and dust in the door, marks on the seats, and dog hair still in the vehicle.

I decided to try this place after a friend of mine did. The job was well done and the customer service was excellent! MoBetta is the place to get your car washed and detailed! His prices are affordable and his team gets it done in no time! Also they have a really nice lounge for the wait and a ton of airfresheners to help keep you car smelling great!

I can't say enough good things about this business or its owner. Affordable pricing and a work ethic that's difficult to find these days. Also love that he's training a staff of young men to take pride in their work. I rarely believe it when I see a business with this many outstanding reviews but they made a believer of me!

I recently went to MOBETTA after being referrrd by a friend. My experience exceeded my expectations! They were able to take me on short notice and did an excellent job on my car detailing. This was my first time getting my car detailed and I only needed the inside done. By the time they were finished my car looked brand new, I was so happy! They have affordable prices and the waiting area and staff are very comforting and welcoming. I would recommend anyone who is looking for professional and good car detailing to let them assist you with their services!!

If you want a full detail go some where else. I feel if you pay $350.00 your vehicle should not get a wash and a spray on wax. When I picked my vehicle up I asked what service did I get because clearly it was not a detail. Guy told me it was a special wash, but I paid for a full detail. Then he said point out what he missed. I paid $350, it should look like a new vehicle for that money. I was then told to drop it off another day to have it redone. I been to other businesses only charge $300 and it was clean bumper to bumper. If you only need a car wash come here but if you want a detail go some where else. I think these businesses using the word (detail) but don’t know the definition of detail. A waste of $350.00 😡

Stopped by for a standard wash. Before signing in, I asked about wait time. About 1 hour 20mins into waiting, I asked for an update and was told 30 more minutes. At that point I asked for my truck back. I paid $60 for what was supposed to be standard wash which includes vacuuming, light interior cleaning and instead got an exterior wash with tire shine. The interior of my vehicle was never touched. This saddens me as I love to support BB however this experience, I would never go back. 1.5 hour wait for a car wash on a Tuesday at 12pm is crazy. Y’all gotta do better.

Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! I took my Volvo in to get a wash and wax - it came out looking spectacular. Mo recommended a great wax to keep my car looking nice throughout the summer and was very transparent about his pricing. He let me see my car a few times throughout the process and even explained to me a few of the steps to waxing. In the waiting area/lobby, Mo has body butters, oils and car air fresheners for sale. Because I was a first time customer, I was able to pick any one of these as a complimentary gift. I ended up purchasing extras because they smelled amazing! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Mo!
