One star is too many for this car wash! The automatic car wash damaged my car. When I called the owner to talk to him about the issue, he cursed at me and was very rude. It was the second automatic car wash as you round the corner from the street. I found other vehicle's hub caps where another car was damaged.

Change machine was broken, 1 vacuum stopped functioning while I was using it. Another took $2 in quarters, didn't work, wouldn't return my coins, no one who works there was ever on-site for the 3.5 hours I was there on a Wednesday afternoon. Was not happy.

I tried 2 credit cards in 2 different bays and the carwash would not start. But I was charged when I saw my bank statement. There was a worker standing there talking to someone and he never offered help as he saw me having to backup and out of the bay. I used to use this wash when I lived closer and it used to be great! sad no one is taking care of it. I had trouble finding anything on internet that would give the phone number either.

Automatic car wash stopped in the middle of the wash with soap all over my car. Went over to the manual car wash to rinse it off and it took my money but wouldn't work. Not the first time I've had problems here. Definitely wont be coming back.

1st auto wash took 11 dollars. Called the number on Google and the man who answered was completely rude. He acted as if I was lying to him. I text him pics of the machine telling me the machine is in use after taking my payment. We will see if I get my refund.

I sprayed my vehicle off and tried to add additional time but when I pressed the button it just shut off. I swiped my cc again and finished the wash. They charged me $17.25!!! Crazy for self serve!
