★☆☆☆☆ This place sucks. The workers are lazy and the entire inside stinks like a urinal. Don’t bother coming here just get a membership at one of the 50 places around town and save yourself from sitting in line for a sub-par car cleaning.

★★☆☆☆ *Updated* I’m leaving my original review as it was 100% accurate and I wish it still stood. I complained about a horrible cleaning, or lack there of, back in April. It was a bad day. I took a single mom friend of mine to treat her to the “Best carwash in town”. We planned over a week in advance, got the kids up SUPER early, got everyone to Giggles, and went to Mr. Sudzy’s just as they opened. We cleaned the car seats in the lobby and organized our things…when they called us to our vehicle it was shocking! Crumbs all over the seats, windows not washed, the entire back of my vehicle was not done. It was like the twilight zone. Mind you, this was SO unusual. So I went up to Crystal and asked what was going on….after being told by Crystal and the manager that policy had changed, they didn’t do anything about the dirty cars, and I had to hunt down the owner who took a while to get back. I was SO upset. We spend over $25 a car to get washed and they were so dirty. We were tired from wrangling the kids so early, frustrated by the lack of acknowledgement, and out $$. Finnnnalllly the owner got back to me. He mailed us two vouchers back in May of 2024. After an incredibly busy summer I finally got around to getting the car cleaned, two days before my father’s funeral. I arrived this morning around 9am. I submitted the voucher, pulled up to the vacuum station, and the manager Miguel refused me service. So I contacted the owner, asking what happened. He claimed that Miguel accused me of disrespecting his staff and “crossing a line”. When I pressed the owner for specific examples, he refused to speak about it. Clearly these are baseless claims and ultimately the owner favored his manager, as he is clearly not very involved. I am shocked at how we have been treated, as I was a monthly customer for a looooong time. Having a clean vehicle is very important to me, and this has been a truly sad experience. **Original Review** Love this place. Used to go to Cruisers, but it was hit or miss. I can count on Mr. Sudzys to be excellent every time. The woman who runs the booth is GREAT! So friendly and sweet. If you’re looking for a solid vacuum, wash, and interior clean- this is the place. The price is right and the service is awesome!!
