Bill and Ashley made sure my car sparkled and shine. Like the 5 stars I'm giving them. Thank you again. Best car wash ever.

I have preferred this car wash for a long time and use it every day. This past week has left me less than satisfied. I have not gone through less than twice in a row and my car remains dirty. I’ve asked the employees to please spray the dirt from my rims. They acknowledge the request but don’t act on it. If half the energy were put into the attention to detail when spraying as it is when running out to greet, then there would be zero issues. Also, there is an employee that seems to have an attitude and openly displays a lack of respect for customers. This is all pertaining to the Saginaw rd location.

I don't recommend them. They are very pricey compared to what you pay in the Detroit area and offer less services. One time I paid for the top of the line wash, there was still dirt left on my car. I went back to complain and they rewashed it, but at the basic level so it washed off the wax that I had paid for with the previous wash. This last time, their machinery broke my taillight. I know this because I am retired and hardly go out and my truck is always kept in the garage. When I got home from washing my truck I noticed the taillight was broken and filled with water. I won't be going back there.

Love this car wash. Staff is always great. I have a large French Mastiff he drools down the side of my truck I always ask the guys to wipe or scrub off the drool because who wants that waxed on! They always do a great job removing it.

Excellent wash. Usually no wait, friendly staff. Ask for extra bug spray if needed!

The drier roller at the end of the wash wasn't working properly, but other than that it's ok, keeps cars clean!

I do not live in Midland but was visiting some friends and needed to get my car washed. After going through their weird maze of getting in, a machine asks you to select the type of wash and pay. For some reason, they've employed someone just to push the on-screen options for customers. Oh and, of course, in the end there's the option of tipping. Down in the Detroit area car washes have employees who will towel dry your car and I tip those. I didn't know if that was going to be the case here so I tipped in advance anyway. As you go in, car washes where I live and work do a simple pre-scrub manually with large brushes. The employee here simply sprayed some foaming agent on my windshield and that's it. Bugs didn't come off my car/windshield, and even the rear window isn't washed well at all. What the heck did I tip for?!

Quality was poorer! Damage to my car in past plus the car in front of me did nothing for my trouble and after I cancelled still charged my credit card had to make three attempts to cancel. They messed up my account with how they charged extra! Lots of bugs and dirt on car after I had the premium package on both cars $66.00a month! Going to Tommy’s excellent there! They also continued to charge me after three attempts to cancel service with them! Had to close credit card get a new card with new number! Ridiculous would not take no for an answer!

Well it is technically a car wash, but they have added the double super awesome titanium gold platinum wash for $24.00. It's nice that they have a representative on site to walk me through the automated point of sale card reader. But here is where it gets awkward and I have a note for the owner, you are putting your employees in a position where you are asking your customers to give a tip BEFORE services are rendered. At that point I as a customer would be tipping because of past experiences because if I don't get good service, either at a car wash, restaurant, haircut...whatever, I'm not going to tip. So after paying for your best wash, one attendee looked in the back of my truck for trash and another guided me into the wash. That was it. This is your ultimate service, the best wash you provide. Nobody washed my tailgate, Nobody cleaned my wheels, Nobody to wipe my truck down after the wash or pop my mirrors back out. And on top of that, your "free" vacuums, only half of them work properly. And to be Clear this is your facility on Saginaw Rd in Midland Michigan. There is no why you couldn't be giving Fast Eddie's a run for their money, but while I was the only one at your facility, Fast Eddie's has a line around the building and out to the road. Food for thought. We in the community would like to see you succeed but for the love of God, put in at LEAST the effort that your competitors do. Bare minimum, please.

Way too expensive, even for just a regular wash I think I paid around 9 dollars or 8, but regardless, my car instead of shine, it was not washed well. I still had dirt on my doors and bumpers and tires. The guy at the ramp was nice but the carwash was terrible. They need to improve in that department. Either lower prices or wash my car properly. People are tired of high prices and inflation. 8 dollars on a simple wash is a disgrace especially when it comes out dirty. The vacuums are ok but not better than Fast Eddy's. They could use better suction. If it was not for the guy at the ramp, it would have been 2 stars instead of 3. Thanks.

The wash was great, but the gentleman taking my credit card at 10:00 a.m. this morning was rude and a very poor reflection on your business. After I chose the $12 wash just to get the salt off the car, and declining a tip because the last three times through your wash the employee just stood there and did nothing to prep my car, your employee snidely told me to "have a better day." I was not rude to him, and I drove on a bit stunned on how rudely I spoken to for no apparent reason. I'm not sure if you offer training on how to engage customers, but that gentleman is now the reason I won't return to the S. Saginaw Road location. You might want to have a word with him. The competition just opened across the road and he will be driving your customers there.

We stopped by yesterday to get a car wash. We mostly just wanted to use the vacuums, but got a car wash as well to do so. When we pulled up and went to pay we realized they didn't take cash, and that is all we had on us. The gentlemen told us it was on the house. We tried to decline, but he insisted! We were very appreciative of that! We then realized later as we were vacuuming the car that we did happen to have some money in a cashapp account we forgot about. We offered to pay, but he still refused to accept the payment. Very kind people there, and our car looks absolutely clean :)

It's ok. But for $8.00 you'd think they'd already offer towels to dry down your car. They have nothing, car wash and vacuum

I live in Bay City and typically use the Mister car washes there but I was in Midland today and stopped at the one here, and I just wanted to say how great they were! The guy working the car wash around 4:40 PM on 7/23 went above and beyond and took the initiative to spend extra time spraying off my entire car and going back to specific spots that needed some extra love before sending my car through the wash itself. Typically I either receive no prep or a quick spray over the windshield but he took so much extra time and effort without me even having to ask. I appreciated this very much and wanted his efforts to be recognized! He was also very kind when I thanked him for the extra work. The man working the check in point was also very friendly and kind and understanding/unbothered that my barcode doesn’t scan due to my windshield. I’ve had employees be irritated that they have to manually scan my barcode so this was also appreciated! Overall I appreciated the staff working at this location and I hope they are recognized for their work!

This place is trash. Spent $18 for the best wash they offer and it looked like a 4 year old with a garden hose tried cleaning it. Tried to go back through and the guy wanted me to pay for another wash and was very inconsiderate. Adding to previous review. Went through today 2/14/24 spent $24. Their machine messed up and stopped while the rollers kept moving my truck forward. Resulting in paint peeled off the bumper and bending part of my tow hook.

Paid $12 for a car wash and they didn't even get the bugs off. I should have just got the $8 wash. The vacuums here also don't get the carpet clean. I will not return.

The gentlemen that was working the entrance, Grey hair, newer employee, was awesome! He took the time to walk around my truck and prespray it, which was much appreciated!

Whatever happened to that guy at the end of the car wash with the rag to dry off whatever the brushes missed? My newly washed car looks like it's been through freezing rain with water spots that immediately froze. The car gets clean when you go through (usually), but I miss the guy at the end to dry everything off and fix the mirrors.

I was Greeted with a smile and a wave as we pulled in, after a short wait in line 2 gentlemen made sure to spray off all the extra ice on my back window and under my tires. This is the only Mr. car wash that has the drying at the very end actually touch the hood of my car and dry my windows. Usually the other ones I have been to the drying rags don’t even touch my car. Very happy with the service
