First time coming here in a year from a bad experience of last year!! And got the 12 dollar car wash. The guy didn't pre rinse my car at all, Tham none of the vacuumes have barely any sucking power to vaccume

Quick, Nice staff. I wish you did yearly rates. Wear orange gloves when guiding cars in on bay rd location hard to see attendants.

Update 2nd Trip back after the MGR noted in a reply. Car was normal road dirty, the attendent didnt spray car off at all, after going thru the was tunnel the car got semi clean, dirt still on front window where wiper blade don't reach, went to a different vacuum than before, that one didn't turn on after button was pushed, so had to drive around the lot til we found one that worked, finally after 3 tries we finally found one that worked, no attendant was available to notify so this was the last straw! I will be canceling my membership. I found a better wash that had all I explained below like the ones down in Florida. Out of respect for Mister I will not disclose that car wash Company, I am just done with this company here in Mi so for that reason we are gone for being totally dissatisfied. Gave this post a 1 star after the 2nd attempt to stay at Mister. It's an ok of a place, it would get 5 stars if they had better vacuums, cause they only have the big fat nozzle. They need both so you can get between seats, also the suction power on them are so weak they wouldn't even suck up a napkin. Also if this place had a station with dry towels & window cleaner & interior cleaner to wipe the inside of vehicles, this place would be a 5 star... after all the locations in Florida has all this, so why Mi? There are not many mister locations in South MI so for that reason plus reasons listed above we are canceling our membership that we have had for years.. we will find a new place who offers all this to be members, customers like to have a clean detailed vehicle at all times.. so it only makes sense, & in Fl our membership was no higher in cost than Mi either but just had more to offer.. oh & including a air gun...

Use it 3-5 times a week and sometimes even more. Cant go wrong for 32 dollars / month. & best part is that there car wash actually works! (Unlike the “360 touchless” gas station washes)

I have a 2019 Chevrolet z71 Silverado. I just got my truck about a month ago. I got the unlimited membership to keep the salt off during the winter. I like the convenience of the location at bay road its right by my house. I went through there about five times or so and my new truck keeps getting scratched over and over in the same spot on the passenger front fender by my Z71 logo. I stopped there today and spoke to a manager and filed an incident report that they took pictures to go with the report. I hope they figure out why there car wash is scratching my new truck. I like the membership. I just dont like my vehicle getting scratched over and over when I get a car wash. I hope this helps other people take notice after getting a car wash. I know the pictures are hard to see.

Went to this place and paid $12 for an exterior wash and it did not get my vehicle clean. I went back to see if I could go through again and they wouldn't let me. They said that I should have bought a more expensive car wash in order to get all of the dirt and dust off. I'll dispute the charges on my credit card. Will never come back.

While I maintain a Mister Car Wash membership across multiple vehicles, this particular location was a disappointment. Service & Attention to Detail: I’ve noticed at several locations that attendants at the entrance are becoming less attentive. They often skip the important step of using the water wand to pre-rinse the car, ensuring areas like the windshield and back end get properly cleaned—especially spots an automated wash typically misses. This extra step used to be standard but seems to be happening less and less. Customer Experience: Unfortunately, customer service also seems to be on the decline. Attendants appear indifferent, and the overall experience feels less welcoming compared to what it once was. Competitive Warning: With Tommy’s Car Wash and other competitors expanding, Mister Car Wash needs to step up its game. If they continue on this path of growing their business while neglecting service quality, they’re going to start losing loyal customers to better-run alternatives. Final Thoughts: I hope they recognize these concerns and make improvements, as I’ve been a longtime member and would love to see them regain their focus on quality service and customer care.

Great quality car wash place. The unlimited car wash package is great, especially if you go often enough to keep the car clean. The actual cleaning process of Mister Car Wash does a very good job, assuming your vehicle is not completely filthy. If your vehicle is reasonably dirty, this place will shine it right up!

Never, do they ever do right before the wash. The guy didnt even attempt to spray anything on my car before the wash. I pay monthly and that really upsets me. Not happy with Mister at all right now.

$29.99 titanium package today on my Denali pick up. You'd think for that much you'd get a clean truck! Super disappointed with the outcome vs money spent. Photos to show proof. However I'd like to give five starts to the young man working outside getting customers & explaining the newest wash vs others. He was very personable, friendly, well versed & knowledgeable on what he's selling. Wish this young mans customer service matched the end results of the service.

I go to a lot of Mister Car washes in the surrounding areas, but this location is by far my favorite. The employees are friendly and they'll actually take the time spray down my car. The only down side is the vacuums could use a little TLC. They're always jam packed or have very low suction.

Not a terrible car wash but for $30 they should at least give a lil dash wipe and car freshener or something!? Plus there's no one drying at the end just a lil blower.. Been to cheaper ones that give better experience. JS..
