I used to go there prior to Mister Car Wash. The pricing was perfect. My only issue is that the back of my truck, the tailgate never got completely washed. So therefore I cancelled my subscription. Other than that, they did great. Staff was amazing!

The one good thing I can say about this place is they were very prompt in refunding my money. That said, I’m still rather unhappy that our vehicle came out with gouges and what looks like red and white paint transfer. It’s unsurprising since it sounded like we were taking a ridiculous beating on the way through. Multiple big thumps - presumably from being hit by whatever left the gouges and paint. Also unimpressed by the useless vacuums.

Both myself and my husband have wash memberships at Mister Car Wash, and we both feel that our vehicles are not as clean as they were when Firehouse was the owners. Not having our vehicles pre-rinsed off, the windows, etc.. scrubbed, and especially the towel drying at the end are sorely missed. We're seriously considering moving our business to Fast Eddie's.

Pretty happy with my car washes to date. I usually tip the crew at Mister, but recently I have stopped tipping a couple of ladies that have just waved me through and don’t bother to greet you with a smile or barely spray your car down, and it wasn’t like there were cars lined up waiting to get washed! However this Sunday morning at about 11:00, I was greeted by this guy with a big smile and cheerful greeting that really did a good job on my car, he’s washed my car before and did a great job as well, needless to say I showed my appreciation by giving him a bigger tip then normal. A happy face and good service still sells, that fellow is an asset to the Mister team!

I pay for the titanium service, and I use it about 10 to 15 times a month and I say it's quite worth it. Lately, Mister has been decently keeping up on maintaining their equipment.

They don’t like to use the power wash to clean the bottom or around the tires or the bumper.. my car always looks clean on the top but not on the bottom..

My only reason for a 2 star is my tires washed up great. After we paid the fella that was spraying down the car, only wet down one side, and they didn't even scrub down the vehicle like some of the other places do. therefore, the car still is dirty on the front and the back.... So, unfortunately, a waste of 12 bucks!! I do not recommend this place at all!

I rarely leave reviews, especially for something like a car wash. This time, however I felt like I needed to give credit for the employees that went above and beyond. During the pre wash the gentleman took the extra time to spray off bird droppings as well as the window paint from homecoming. As a wash club member this will definitely be my chosen location. Thank you for going the extra mile!

No other customers when I was there . Three attendants sitting around with nothing to do . Only four of the 20 vacuums they have had hoses. The hose of the vacuum I was using fell off when I was vacuuming. When I pointed it out to the attendant she said, I only work here. Poor location.

Great car wash place that has an unlimited car wash package. As long as your vehicle is not completely filthy, this place will shine your car right up. I am also impressed with the tire shine product they use. The tires look very slick and a deep black color. I highly recommend this place to clean your vehicle.

The attendant noticed the bugs the front of my car and took his time pretreating/spraying even though there were cars lined up behind me. He took the time as though it was his own car!! Much appreciated Mister!!!

I took my Tahoe there and the entire back of it was not washed. It is even dry. The front and sides were washed. So I received 3/4 of a car wash. Totally unacceptable. I reached out to them but have not heard anything back. I don’t think I will go to a mister car wash again.

Pretty good wash spot to wash your truck or car. Brad at the front is very knowledgeable about the services they offer and always has a smile and looks like he's happy to be at work. I myself have the unlimited package and it does a pretty good job washing my truck and the underbody. Especially when my truck gets pretty dirty from the elements. I don't understand why I see all the hate on here, they are definitely better than Tommy's Car Wash.

For and $18 car wash I would expect my vehicle to be clean. What a joke. Could have gotten better results with popping quarters in a self serve car wash and spent half the money. And the tires shine was so spotty it made my tires look like a dog took a leak on them. Very disappointed. No plans to return. Miss the old Firehouse days when my vehicle would come out clean every time. Could have take way more pictures but this should be more than enough to get the point across.

I wish I could go through the wash once and my car gets completely cleaned. Prewash and spray down goes a long way rather than packing us in like sardines, take some time on each wash. I get you want the quick turnover but if folks are like me I turn around and go back through. Get it together Mister, there is a big red shiny car wash that wants my business too!

It smells extremely bad, I have a smart windshield and the arm to let me in never works but works at all other locations. The never spray off your car. The sprays in the carwash dont work half the time. The last window roller cloth thing never hits the windshield or isn’t working. But the awful smell of the water makes me sick to my stomach.

Found the place through Google as I'm traveling. Customer service was easy-going and approachable. They answered my questions about their services with detail. As for winter driving, collecting salt and dirt, the "Titanium" service they offered did a pretty good job. Only two concerns I feel that should be noted to others. One being the pricing on the premium services can definitely be pricey to someone who wants a good car wash. Two being more opinionated to me, is that my service used Mitter Curtains and that the wash was not the "touchless" type for all the car body guys that care about potential paint scratches. That all said, Mister Car Wash offers cheaper services that could balance your needs and as for the winter season, I can careless about Curtain Mitters for the moment and "potential scratches" as long as it gets the salt and gunk off my car, I can always re-polish it later.
