DO NOT GO HERE. I went there once and my car came out broken and front of my car scuffed! They filed an incident report and nothing happened. They said they would contact me in 3 days. This happened a MONTH ago. Horrible service and terrible customer service. I will NEVER go back.

I love the car wash, but if the cars are close together while going through the rollers swing and miss washing sides of the vehicle. This doesn’t happen if there more space between the vehicles.

I’m an unlimited member but having a new vehicle - the automatic sensor wasn’t reading the barcode… the staff member was busy in the other lane, he made the time to come over and fix the problem. Staff at the entry point are extremely responsive & make sure that they pre-wash if you’ve been in a buggy/muddy area. One day the car ahead of me started backing up after entry. I refused to move forward and motioned the staff member to look behind him. He was able to get out of the way and fix the errant driver’s vehicle. He stayed calm despite almost being hit.

Every time I go there I can’t get through all the protesters to get my car washed. They walk in front of your car etc. I’m canceling my membership because of it.

Should re-name to the “whip and scratch” took my Honda Accord through here and now the entire car is scratched to heck! Would not recommend ever coming here, I hope they would compensate for the damage to getting the car paint corrected. I had this happen to my Range Rover at a dealership, at least they fixed the issue.

This wash will damage your finish and now they have removed the prewash hoses - TOO COLD, too slow, hoses broken....not sure if they are lazy, incompetent, or have oversold/missmanaged their water ussage restrictions. MANAGEMENT will call you and MANSPLAIN car washes to you if you honestly respond to THEIR survey request. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

The mister car wash on 7 and 101 in Minnetonka is the best! The people are so great, the best smiles and attitudes! I have moved to Wisconsin and the Madison location is old and icky. It makes me really appreciate my “home mister”. It’s my first stop when I come back to MN.

Horrible. No, I don’t need help with your kiosk. Maybe the attendant sitting in the box could help actually clean the cars. The brushes missed a third of my car. They also run you through so fast, how could it actually clean and dry? Waste of money.

Have been a member of Mister Car Wash for several years and have used the Edina Highway 100, Eden Prairie, STLP and now the newer Minnetonka location at 101 & 7 since opening. Friendly, fast, well-organized with easy access and departure, many vacuuming stations and 2-3 minute throughput once starting the wash. Most importantly is their website that you can now edit credit card info so you don't have to sit at the entrance gate of the wash and give new info to an attendant wasting everyone's time (the attendant's, the other patrons' waiting behind you and your own)-big improvement. Thx, Mister.

The vacuums are powerful and easy to use, and the mat clips make it simple to really deep clean your floor mats.
