Mr. Carwash: "I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mr. Carwash. Not only did they damage my car's new spoiler which was riped off. but the manager's response was completely unacceptable. When I brought the issue to their attention, the manager was rude and dismissive. They rejected my claim, fabricating excuses and lying about the circumstances. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is shocking. The damage to my vehicle is frustrating enough, but the way I was treated as a customer is what's truly appalling. I would advise others to think twice before using Mr. Carwash. The regional manager Devon said the spoiler was lose in possible the hatch with attach spoiler was brand new instal 3 months ago. The whole company to corporate are corrupt to a degree to only cheat the public. Beware ... Rating: 1/5 stars Reason for low rating: Damage to vehicle Poor customer service Manager's rude behavior Lack of accountability Fabricated excuses and lies"

Been to several different misters and by far this one on 98 in Lakeland dose excellent job and the people are very polite and nice and go out of their way to make sure our car is done right We recommend this place to All our family and friends EXCELLENT PLACE

Been using Mister car wash for over a year now with all my cars. Their machines clean so good. I just wish they had air freshners & we could clean our mats through the machine like other places. The workers are always so nice

When I review something I try to balance it between personal experience and a comparison to a like competitor. In this case the personal experience was nothing exceptional. Basically the attendants did their job with the only “extra” effort was when they badger you at the payment kiosk to attempt to persuade you to join monthly. I wash my cars frequently, usually weekly and more frequent in May and September (Love Bugs). They are rarely in a state where a normal wash system would not get them clean without additional effort. In this case the staff pushed a button, I rode through, the car was clean. Met expectations. That said there was still residual foam from the car wash on parts of the car so the rinse did not work as designed. Disappointingly, they do not provide any type of cloth to dry your vehicle with, and if you do not know this, and do not bring your own, well…..so I could not wipe the foam off or dry the water beads which remained. They do have compressed air nozzles at the vacuum stands but they did not work either, no air. On the bright side, the tire brightener appeared to only be on the tires and was evenly distributed. Also, not smeared all over the rocker panels as other local washes do. The vacuums do work very well. So, in comparison: Compared to Waters Car Wash 1 mile away (comparable price) - Residue - No compressed air from nozzles - No towels to dry vehicle + Tire Brightener was application was far better than Waters + Vacuums work very well (to be fair so does Waters) Will only return in an absolute pinch.

Tooooo expensive for what it is. Poor wash and outside do not have rags or spray cleaner. Do kot come here. Go direct front sam clubs is better price, more product and service.

Overpriced for what I paid for. Does not include rags, towels(free), or any spray bottles. I wanted to try someplace different (I usually go to the car wash on 98 North beside Chevron). This was my FIRST AND LAST VISIT. Disappointed!!!!

This is the one on 98 S. Edgewood in Lakeland they actually do a great job and these pay special attention to my strobe light at top of my car. The other Mr car washes don’t that’s why I continue to use this particular one. It’s out of my way, but it’s worth it.

This is probably the best (extra) monthly expense I have. Well worth the fee. I can bring my vehicle there as many times as id like. The machine always seems to be in good working order. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

Took my BMW in for a quick wash on the way to Caffeine and Gasoline. The machine tore my left mirror off of the car and they have stated that since the car is 10 years old, they will not pay for anything. They also tried to say that the mirror was already falling off the car when I went into the car wash, It was not. If it had been, why wouldn't the employee have stopped me from going in? If you are going to have a company policy, at least have it where people can see it.

I go to this car wash semi weekly. I use the car wash probably 10 times a month. It’s a great deal getting unlimited wash! Plus the vacuums suck, and suck very well!

This car wash is for sure one of the best I’ve been to while residing in Florida. I go to the was about 2-3 times per week to get all the dirt, and sprinkler gunk off the car, seeing is I live near a lake, and need to park outside. Usually these automated car washes don’t always get all the dirt and grime from the outside of the car unless you go through it a few times. Here at this Mister Car Wash at this location, thankfully that’s not the case! I go through once not only clean, but almost bone dry!! I’ve always had larger vehicles, so I’ve noticed other washes never dry it correctly. Here the vehicle is completely dry, at the end of was it leaves those few extra seconds in the wash to dry the entire vehicle! Amazed at how clean it is without having to get out and dry it! Not only is the wash awesome, so are the extremely friendly staffers here. I’ve got the unlimited washes, such a great deal!

The exterior wash is good, but you should provide customers with a towel and a spray bottle. These small details keep customers coming back, and they don't cost much. I won't be coming back.

I have been a member for2 years. I stop twice a week to get the car washed vacuumed out. And for the last few months, it's been hard to get a vacuum that works on both sides. Today I went to 3 different spots and was finally able to get the car vacuumed, but air nozzle is not working on any of them, and I see other cars pulling around two different spots to try to get a working vacuum. So not very happy about this. If it were a busier part of the day.It would be hard to get your car vacuumed on both side.

I would have given a 5 star if you guys had the carpet washing machine. Other car washes have it, it may be the only reason I cancel the membership. Your employees are exceptional though, but unfortunately I do need that service as well. Let me know if you guys plan on changing that.

Recently switched from being a Waters Car wash member for a fes years. Unfortunately that place has gone down with customers service. I mostly do my detailing at home but it's nice to be able to get a quick car wash in-between more indepth cleanings. $23 unlimited basic wash works great for me and the staff is always friendly and helpful, plus the ability to go almost any location in their vast network is a huge bonus for me who travels a lot.
