Highly discourage you from paying to have your car washed here.That's if you want a clean car. I paid for the tanium car wash $25.00. After car went through the auto wash section. There was dirt still on my trunk, all down the right side of my vehicle. I returned to the car wash after observing how horrible a job it did. They ran me back through the auto wash section and had attendant with the brush wipe down my right side and trunk. After completion, I pulled around to the vacuum section. The spots are still going down the side of my car. I can wipe the spots off with my finger. The vacuum section is not much better. Half of them don't have any vacuum pressure. The others don't get much up off the floor mats. I have only owned my car for a month. So it's wasn't that dirty.

I bought a new car last year and I got a membership to Mister Car Wash. I'm glad I did because my car is over a year old but still looks brand new. Having the membership also saves me time and trouble of washing it myself. Also my home water bills arent getting any cheaper so I figure it's a break even on my membership costs.

Mister Car Wash on Hwy 98 in Lakeland is the BEST. Excellent customer service and we are extremely pleased with the wash on our SUV.no scratches on the paint and the wheels are clean and shiny. Love the free vacuums and air blower. Recommend trying them out. The price is right and they are always running specials.

I appreciate they have do it yourself option for the inside, which includes the the hoses for toughest areas for a satisfying clean, or they will be happy to do it for a very fair price 👌 😊 Also affordable membership for as many wahes 😉 Love the folks that help guide you in for a safe entrance, which they include a soft brushing to the rear of your vehicle 😊 Thank you! ✨️ Blessings ✨️ 😇

I went there one time last month for a car wash. The lady came and asked me if I wanted to do the special package and then walk back and forth and then came and asked me to sign her tablet. Now I woke up to find that I have $42 missing out of my bank account a month later and I have done no car washes this month. I'm guessing that the lady had signed me up to be a monthly user??? Be careful when you go there and make sure they're not signing you up for monthly without you knowing about it. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and my bank as a scam.

Got the $25 wash left nice tip. Got home tires still dirty just did not wash my truck very well at all. Still had a spot of bird poop on bed rail. First time user pretty disappointed.

Love the friendly smile and wave by all employees. I appreciate the brushing of the front and back of the vehicle prior to entering the car wash. Great vacuums, with good suction. Easy access in and out.

The attendant at the pay gate would not stop pressuring me to open a monthly subscription. Took me 5 times to get him to just accept my basic car wash choice. Then he asked for a tip before opening the gate to let me access the car wash. It's a self serve pay gate, but they seem to have a person out there standing about 50% of the time to haggle customers into upgrades and it's the main reason why I will not be returning to that car wash. Major pain in the ass.

The guy at the beginning of the car wash did a great job. He washed under my wheel well on my jeep. No one ever does that and because you don’t use the brushes on the jeep often it doesn’t come clean at all.

Mister car wash very satisfied but I have to cancel washing why I have 2 car one wash nice and clean the other not so that why I cancel i can wash one multiple times if wanted to but the other i would have to pay again to wash the other car then it would cost me $70 + dollars it makes no sense mister just do a house hold wash price too so all 3 car in my household can wash we don't have to wash multiple times unless we live on a farm that's my recommendation to you. Try it and thank me later.

I love my monthly subscription to Mr Car Wash here in Lakeland. My cars stay clean and my tires are shiny. I use the vacuum once or twice a week. I use the car wash prob 20 times a month each vehicle making the $40 monthly price VERY feasible.
