We tired this car wash today because our regular place we go was to busy. The actual wash of our truck was pretty good, but the vacuums were not at all.We where disappointed that they did not have rags or glass cleaner, or even car mat wash statations. We always get the most expensive wash. We will probably never come back again. There's just to many car washes in our area for you not to have better services.

Went there yesterday. The wash was obviously not working correctly. I was given a second wash which also did not work. Curtis was very pleasant and helpful however, the manager Bryce did nothing but make excuses and then had the audacity to blame the lousy wash on the fact I have a Jeep. I have taken it there before with no problems. I did get my money back and I will never go back there again as long as Bryce is the Manager. All he had to do was apologize and give me a free wash. Make Curtis the manager. He has people skills.

No wash basin for mats, no carpet machine, not even rags for the interior of the car. The compressed air has so much moisture it was like a water gun, they need a dryer. You’re better off just washing your car in the yard than going here.

I have had memberships with Mister Car Wash off and on the last few years and each time I end up leaving because of disappointment with quality and price. I feel like the main reason people come to these do yourself places is for the vacuums and pretty much every time I came towards the end they were broken or I had to drive to multiple spots to find one that had any pull. I also didn’t enjoy that employees park in the vacuum lanes, on busy times that is 3-4 spots that gone because they are used for parking. (I know this is needed since you need employees, why wasn’t an alternative created by the company when this location was built?) This location is probably the worst one that they have which is shocking with it still being the same amount a month as the other locations. Save your money and just drive a little farther for something better.

I have a Mister Membership and had previously gone to this location when it was owned by another company. I don’t normally go to this Mister location due to my driving routine but went there this week. The staff was friendly and I was greeted with waves and smiles. The manager Bryce was outside greeting customers and working along side the other employees. It was an extremely welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The car wash has improved tremendously since Mister has taken over. My car was sparkling and so dry when I exited the wash that I didn’t need to do any extra drying with a towel that I usually bring. Great job especially for the work that was probably needed to improve the car wash from the previous company. I’ll be going there again!

The car wash broke my mirror, and after 10 days they still haven’t paid it. They sent me a release to sign for almost half of the estimate. The local store says it’s up to corporate and corporate says it’s up to the local store.

Bought $10 basic wash. It took several tries to pay for the wash. I was the 4th vehicle to park to vacuum. The vacuums were off so I moved to a new spot. The vacuum had very little suction. I stopped for convenience of location. I would not recommend

Went to a Mr. Car Wash that didn’t include the self vacuums by mistake but right up the street I went to this Mister Carwash And they let me use their vacuums, no problem! The young man (possibly manager) I spoke to was very kind and helpful

Very easy to access the car wash itself and the same with the vacuums. I also like the monthly plan it’s set up to withdraw each month, and you can go thru the wash as many times as you need with no extra cost. The staff is very nice and accommodating, always with a smile.

Above and beyond service! Like an idiot, I accidentally vacuumed up a few rings I keep in my car. I don’t remember his name, but the young man (with a mustache) working on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 at around 9 or 9:30 AM immediately grabbed a pair of gloves and helped retrieve them. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help.

The attraction to these kind of places is I can pull up press a couple of buttons and get a car wash. No need to interact with sales people. Now there is. A person hanging around at the self service kiosk saying they have to be the one to press the buttons or the computer will crash. That’s not how computers work. It’s one thing to offer assistance. It’s another one entirely to require I accept it. Be better.

The attendant always directs me forward with a wave and a smile and then sprays pre-wash on my grill and windshield. I’ve had auto payments for over a year and regularly use this fantastic car wash several times a week. It is way worth it especially at love bug time. I don’t always wash my car the way I should at love bug time and pollen time, I live in Florida, this car wash makes it really easy to keep my vehicle from getting stained and pitted. The free vacuums are also great for keeping the inside of my car tidy. Love this car wash!
