This is NOT a normal Mr. Car Wash. This is an express wash where you stay in your car go through and then you must vacuum your own car and unless you brought your own towels your car must drip dry on the highway. Relatively inexpensive, but my clean car is full of spots and I expected a full service car wash. This is the only Mr. car wash I’ve ever seen that is not full service.

Good location, usually never busy Sunday afternoon. Pricing is decent. It's probably worth it to get a membership if you wash your car more than 2x a month.

I’ve had my membership for several years now and always have been very happy with the service till today the location on Louetta is very outdated it hardly distanced soap and the vacuum have hardly no suction and have to keep pushing the button my vehicle don’t look clean I will have to go to the one kuykendahl to clean my vehicle again

Great location, great employees. Although there is no customer restroom at this location, Mr. Brandon allowed me to use the employee restroom. Also, the vacuums at all stations work good. Awesome customer service & great equipment.

Absolute worst mister car wash location I’ve been to, no pre wash by the employee, the bristles are dirty on the machines in the drive thru car wash. The vacuums are garbage, they don’t work as they should, the lay out of the vacuums doesn’t work well for people in a rush or people trying to get all corners of their vehicles for that matter.

I drove through the car wash and they destroyed my bumper. It took a day or so to get someone to talk with me about it. Finally, they were able to address the issue and denied all liability because a sliver of my bumper was not attached properly. It looked like a piece of hail got lodged in there. Please be aware they WILL damage your car and not replace it!!!

Every time I go there I see a smile from all the employees. The place is clean and the vacuum cleaners are always functioning properly. Brandon does a great job and he is one of the main reasons I keep going back to that location. Keep it up guys!

Came up and asked if I could just pay to vacuum, they were cool and let me use it for free. This is how business has always been done. Repeat business anyways. This one isn’t the closest to my house, but I’ll come back just for this one interaction.

Drive slow when you enter parking lot,,, cars will back out without looking and next door is a package store with alot of traffic, my car looks good when i leave i have the monthly platinum membership, staff is cool

Not my favorite location (that designation goes to Rankin & 45) but I like this location because the equipment is great (never have an issue), it's never busy when I go, and the vacuums are super strong. The staff is not as personable as the other locations I go to. I wish they would wave and acknowledge. Overall, this location is easy peasy and you can get in and out with no issues. The facility is clean and it's conveniently located to me!

This location is very disappointing! Broke my number plate Never happened to any other locations This is really bad, beware people Doesn’t wash the car as great as other locations Vacuum do not work at all, had to keep moving to other vacuum machines to check which ones work! Overall very much disappointed They need to fix the vacuum
