After having a really bad experience with the other Anoka location, I came to this location and Jenny helped me clean up some tree sap on my truck. Not just this time, but every time I go to this location, the quality of the service you get is beyond anyone else. Went there to wash my Car and keep in mind it’s not the prettiest car but the one thing I pride myself on was how clean my car was it has 0 rust and had no scratches… until today I’m actually extremely upset and sad about this and there are some very deep noticeable scratches and scrapes

All I really have to say is Jennie. Jennie is hands-down the only reason why we stay a Mr. car wash customer. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE WASHED HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE. I brought my brand new vehicle in to be washed and I now have $6000 in damages to the hood, trunk and top of my vehicle. They sent me to get a quote at their referral and bring the quote in. It took them weeks to get back to me that their car wash didn’t cause the damage. I asked them for the camera footage from all the cameras that have my vehicle pulling in before the wash and after and they refused. I will be contacting my lawyer and suing immediately! This location is the old Top Wash on Roundlake Blvd. in Andover Mn.

Such nice people at this location. After my wash I went around to Vacuum my car out, then the guy who washed my car off beforehand walked up to me. He asked if I wanted to come back around so he could spray my car down again. He payed attention to detail which I appreciated a lot.

The manager is super understanding and very friendly, the staff took time to pre-wash my vehicle before I went through the automatic wash and were also very friendly. I had a fantastic experience when i came into this Mister’s location from out of town this past week. There was one worker in particular though that was very friendly and helpful to me when i was there, his name Erick. He greeted me right away when i was there and when asked to spray my car he did it without hesitation, as well as asking how my day was when i rolled my window down to ask to get my car sprayed. Definitely would come back again just for the great experience i had at this location.

I have spent the last 3 days looking at how scratched up my hood and roof of my suburban is, The car wash general manger Jenny said at first she could see the damage on video but then anfter calling back 5 times she asked me to come in so she could see it in person. So I brought it in and she thought and explained it looks like its oxidation. You can clearly tell they are scratches everywhere and damage…. Beware mister carwash is only good until they have to stand behind their quality and customer care!!!!!
