Wash quality was great, employees were attentive and polite, brand new location so it’s beautiful inside and out. I signed up for the monthly when they opened last month and I’ve been here about 12 times since. I’ve had zero issues, I like that I can wash unlimited times a day with my membership and their vacuums are amazing!

High quality wash, high quality products, high quality service! Here is how it works when you arrive: you can enter on Hwy 18 or Dale Evans pkwy. As you pull into the far left lane that says, "Enter," you will be greeted by a smile and a wave. Mister does NO CASH payments, card only. The guest service specialist will explain some products, go over any current deals, and give you a few options for your wash. You can buy a single Base wash for $10 or the monthly base membership for $19.99 which includes wheel cleaner, signature rinse, and a foaming cleanser. (April '24 has a special for $9.99 for all memberships for the first month, but here I will be presenting the prices without that deal also since it will not last forever). Next, you can purchase a single Base Plus Wash for $15. No membership option for Base Plus. Base Plus comes with wheel cleaner, foaming cleanser, underbody rinse, wheel polish, and tire shine. The Platinum one-time wash is $20 or $32.99($9.99 first month in the month of April '24) for the monthly membership. Included are the same products that come with base plus and base wash, as well as Hotshine Carnauba Wax(protects the exterior from the sun's rays and adds brightness) and Platinum Repel Shield(safeguards against road dirt, bugs, and grime). Finally, you have the Titanium wash which includes every other product mentioned as well as the Titanium 360(mirror-like finish) and Underbody Defense. The Titanium is $25 for a one time wash or $39.99 monthly($9.99 first month in April '24). So about memberships: if you get the membership, they will put a very small barcode on the bottom left corner(driver POV) of your windshield that gives you Unlimited access to the washes at any Mister location by pulling through the two right lanes that say, "Unlimited Member." Pull close to the gate and the barcode is read by a scanner above your car, opening the gate. The memberships can be canceled, upgraded, or downgraded at any time at the paystation with a customer service rep or on your Mister carwash app using the phone number, last 4 of card number, and barcode you signed up with. So now you've got a wash paid for. If you live on a dirt road, you may not want tire shine which comes with all packages from Base Plus up. Keep your window down as you pull through the tunnel and let them know if you do not want tire shine or you can tell the person at the paystation and they will let the tunnel person know via radio. You will now pull through to the wash tunnel. As you pull forward, pay attention to the person in the tunnel. They will guide you to drive your car correctly onto the track. You will then be directed to place your car in Neutral with foot off the brake. The tunnel person will then spray your front grill and windshield with bug remover before you are taken into the tunnel by the rollers that will push your back tire through the wash. If you have a truck, you may be asked to clear open truck beds of trash or your personal items that can fly out and damage your car or the cars in front/behind you. If your car is SUPER muddy, you may get treatment by power washers or if they are down, you may be asked to go through the wash twice. Once, with no brushes to remove the dirt, then again with brushes(if you want them) for the best outcome and for the least damage to your vehicle. Now you have finished your wash! As you exit, you will see the vacuums to the right. These are free to use with purchase of a wash/membership at the AV location. There are car mat holders, two different types of vacuum nozzles, and air blowers to remove remaining water droplets or to clean mats, etc. Restrooms are available for use, but you will need assistance from a team member as a key is needed to get in. A few types of vehicles that cannot enter the wash: motorcycles, vehicles with a height of over 7 ft, vehicles with ladder racks, bike racks, or wheel chair ramps. Not happy with how my car got a nasty circular scratch when I went in the other day. I was even told the wax would protect my paint but the machines actually damaged my driver side door. I’m not happy that $20 got me paying a few hundred now.

This is the second location that I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but definitely don’t recommend…first location scratched my car. The Manager said he would get back with me and never did went to the location on Dale Evans and Highway 18 and pretty much almost broke off my mirror and car is still completely filthy….

I paid for the basic car wash. The car wash itself seemed to be pretty thorough and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the vehicle. However, their equipment knocked off my gas cap cover on my truck. If my truck had remained intact, I would’ve been happy with the results of the wash, but since my vehicle was damaged, I will not be going back. I also will not be giving any referrals to friends or family either.

This is my absolute favorite venue in the Mister Chain. The people are fantastic. The dry off area is clean and the hoses are great. It's an open area so I don't feel like someone is going to bother me. As for the actual wash, the pressure and brushes are always good. That's the reason I come here 3 or 4 times a week.
