This was my first time here & I was very disappointed.. When I arrived no one greeted me, the man just stood quiet until I said hello and asked what services they offered. When I was called for my car it was still extremely dirty, I had to ask them to wipe down multiple areas & when I went inside to tell the receptionist my complaint, the man came over and said that they don’t wipe down your seats, it was only milk drops from my child’s bottle & he said they do not wipe any type of seats, rails or barely cup holders down. I paid $50 for them to wash the outside & barely wipe down the inside according to them. No apology, no cheerful attitude, nothing. Don’t recommend.

A must try Hand Wash carwash. I've been here several times so far and I have not been disappointed. They are friendly, helpful, and detailed. If you're tired of all the carwashes out there where you do the work, then check this place out. It's well worth it and affordable!!

I have loved the place .Cleaned my car out to take it to the wash.My car started reeking! My trunk was so wet on the carpet .We had to take the carpets our and use our house carpet cleaner! My granddaughter friend put a bag in it and it was saturated with wet and stink! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN!!UNBELIEVABLE!!Paid 65.00 for this!! I hope I can get the smell out of the whole car

Went here for the first time to get a wash and interior vacuum for my vehicle. The customer service was great, everyone was so friendly. I was amazed at how good of a job they did. I emphasized that I needed a good vacuuming since we had just gotten back from camping. I hadn’t seen my carpets so clean in a long time. The waiting area inside is very clean and they come in and call you when your vehicle is ready so you don’t have to wait outside.

Pulled up asked for the best was and it was $39 dollars or $49 with spray wax. I asked for the one with the spray wax for $49. Guy hands me a receipt for $80, I asked him what I was missing on the price he told me it was because it was truck. I Went to bear valley auto center down the road and the price was $39.99 and service was excellent. And I didn’t have to pay extra to wash 5 sqft extra. (They also washed the truck outside) Again Bear valley auto center is much better they did an amazing job.
