Only issue I have is the employees dorexting you into wash rack , the sparay for windowa and front grille is inconsistent. Some dont spray, so I have to roll down window to ask them to, some only do window and not grill, some dont do it at all. I also prefer to use the newer location when Im in the area to take advantage of the excellent vacuum system.

Just got a car wash maybe 5 minutes ago. Got out and pushed my side view mirrors back out and looking at my hood, windshield and rooftop; pretty clean for the most part. A couple spots I can scrap off with my fingernail which is kind of disappointing, but the bird poop and pollen is gone so can’t complain all too much. Did the $20 option so I’d say it was worth it and I might go back again, might just pull off again to scrap some stuff off. Also to the gentlemen who helped me with the machine at the beginning, like I said - service didn’t “suck” and reacting the way you did (laughing) at the joke I’ll make sure to tip you next time specifically, but you can keep the receipt.

Customer service is amazing. I got home to find my sharks fin antennae cover was missing post car wash (it's an older car).I went back to Mister Car Wash, and Riley, manager, went into the wash and found it!!! Not only that, but he helped put if back on. Crisis averted. The car wash was good, too. All car things wiped down and shiny. Ty, Riley.

Has really went downhill. They reuse the same dirty towels on everyone. They leave ur windows so streaky that it's harder to see than before they were cleaned. They only dust the interior. They don't wipe it down. The last time I went, they didn't line up my car right in the automatic wash and it scraped my rims, tires, and side of car on the passenger. It's pretty bad. If course they're not liable.

Definitely double and even triple check what they do because i left with my car still dirty 😐 i paid because I wasnt feeling well otherwise i would have done it myself. I let them know my situation and why i needed it so clean and it still came back dirty a second time. I didnt get what i paid for so i probably should have just stuck with the basic. Mind you, i dont have very much money so it kinda stinks that this is how i spent it and didnt get what i asked for :/ The people that work there are pretty nice though.

I was getting my oil changed next-door so Mr. car wash was a great next step. I’ve been to one in Tampa off of Dale Mabry and they’re known for being great with detail specifically on the inside. When I arrived, I got a package for cleaning both the inside and the exterior. I asked if I need to clean all the garbage or if they are able to and the attendant was kind and mentioned they would throw it away. Once I got my car, the outside looked great, but the inside wasn’t cleaned for what I’ve known it to be previously and all my trash was sitting on the backseat, and there were parts of the interior that plainly were not cleaned whatsoever. Tarisha was next to my car cleaning another truck so I asked her if based off of my package, the interior was included for the areas they had not cleaned. She took it upon herself to mention that is not typical, and she apologized to me and started cleaning it herself…Bringing along two of her other workers. She was so polite, prompt, and kind. Once they finish cleaning the inside, she ran in to tell me they were going to re-vacuum the inside as well. Tarisha came back to me while I was waiting inside and mention how disappointed she was with the job the team had done, she gave me her card as well as a complementary wash. I knew service was great before, but Tarisha made me feel like such a valued customer not only will I definitely be back, but I need to get the membership and make my life easier. Thank you, Tarisha.

Stay away from this place! I went in for a car wash and my car came out with the trim ripped off. The attendant that checked me in confirmed it was not damaged before going in. Trisha the assistant manager watched the video of my car and confirmed it happened in the tunnel. She took pictures, wrote an incident report and told me it was damage that occurred there and they would take care of it. She advised that I would receive a call on Monday from Riley, her manager and he would make arrangements with me. I didn’t receive a call from Riley until Tuesday and he said it was his discretion that the damage was existing and Mister Car Wash would not be paying for it. His arrogance on the phone was beyond unacceptable for someone in a manager position and obviously customer service sucks.

Had 2 cars done with titanium highest paid package. When I left realized they had NOT cleaned the interior went back and they said its not detailing its a quick wipe i said the cup holders haven't been wiped the doors weren't wiped the console wasn't wiped. I have leather seats nothing wiped down at all . They wiped out the cup holder and that was it....AFTER I COMPLAINED. I had tipped 10 bucks before I looked at the car. Why pay for interior clean if they aren't going to touch it. This car wash SUCKS! They responded to make it right and contact them at an EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS NOT VALID. SO THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

YIKES... What a let down! I paid for the highest plan almost $50 to come home and clean my own car. I recently moved and used to go to a car wash with the same concept called Pelican car wash. Never had any issues my car was always immaculate in under 15mins. As soon as I pull into Mister Car Wash one thing caught my eye. Its a business full of kids literally not one adult on site. I questioned it but I did like to see kids working and being part of the community so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake! My car was really not that dirty on the inside. There had been some sand in the seats and on the floor board and needed a little wipe down middle concel etc. I get in the car and immediately noticed the inside had not been wiped down at all it looked like they took a towel and put it inside the cup holders but didn't actually clean them... I was being rushed out of the parking lot in under 10mins so I was unable to say anything on site. The package included tire clean/shine. The rims and tires were still very dirty and it looks like the bottle of shine they had was almost out as they only sprayed half the tire and you could barley tell it were sprayed at all, smudges on the windshield dust in the vents smudges all over the seats. I came straight home and had to clean my own car. Next time I'll drive the extra distance pay $30 to have a good well done. I should have looked at the reviews prior to trusting this car wash with my car.....

Very unorganized, taking too long when it is not that busy. The consistent decline in service and quality over the years is very noticeable. I would rather go to Woodys and clean the interior of my car properly. A shame how much the customer service and quality has decreased and the prices increase. 🤦♂️

I went to Mister car wash on Friday 13th 2024 at 10471 Park Blvd. I was there to have my SUV washed, vacuum and polish. When they were finish I went into my vehicle and was so disappointed. I told the attendant about my disappointment and he really didn’t care when I was pointing things out. Trust me, I know most of these workers are very young people and I understand but I am paying a lot for a service and I think it should be good. Anyway I drove back inside and asked to speak to the manager who certainly didn’t want to hear what I was saying. I showed him the condition of the vehicle and I pointed out areas that wasn’t even touched. Like the back seats and floors that wasn’t vacuum, there were pieces of leaves, and dust everywhere. We walked back, where a young woman started telling the manager I was there yesterday and got my refund. I said to the Manager go check your camera I had my vehicle washed minutes ago, he again said “ they are saying you were here yesterday” I said look at me do you think there are many people that looks like me, I am from the West Indies there are only 2 people in my Town from the West Indies. The manager certainly don’t listen to his customers at all. I said please go Check your cameras I even put a $10. Tip in tip jar , a 5 dollar bill and 5 singles. My entire experience was horrible. I’m so sorry I had to experience such bad service and a manager who didn’t care. Anyway he finally found the transaction and credited my account. I hope people who had bad experiences at this particular “ Mister Car wash” will not go back. I went there 3 times before when they were newly open many years ago. After experiencing Hurricane Milton I decided I will support all small businesses that’s close to where I live. This ended ok as I got my refund. I hope people who are not satisfied with their vehicle will speak up.

I love this car wash. I have a monthly membership and it's great to just go to the drop down gate, have your window decal recognized, proceed thru the line and come out with a clean, shiny car. It's also between two traffic lights so it's not too bad pulling back into traffic. Highly recommend this car wash. The price is great for the service you get

Been an unlimited car wash person for years here and what started out as good quickly dissolved to quantity over quality. Treated myself to the interior and detailing as well and when I got the car back none of the door jams were wiped down underneath the floor plate around the windows around the doors nothing it looked terrible I had one little spill and they didn't wipe that up either

If I could give no stars I would. I went for a wash yesterday and the signs said closing at 3 RED FLAG then they ask if I would mind that if would be a total of 45 minutes I said no problem. It was less than 18 minutes for all the services RED RED FLAG. Got my car back still dirty and not clean on the inside and discovered they trash my belongings from my door panel. Super pissed about that fact. Please if you have any other option go there. I noticed your respond didn’t mention my belongings that were trashed and or an offer to make it right your business model it Subar May best. Found a better car was in Clearwater that does the job fantastic Thank you for that !

Save your money on interior cleaning. Horrendous job done on October 19th. None of my interior was wiped down and no vacuum was done for the third row. Complete waste of money. I emailed corporate who forwarded my concerns on to the store and never received a reply.

Extremely disappointed in the level of service provided compared to the price that I paid. Was there on Saturday morning and I purchased a titanium package with interior cleaning. While I don't expect perfection, I do expect that it shouldn't feel like they are more interested in selling me a monthly membership than properly cleaning my car. Post going through the car wash, they were backed up, so my vehicle was pulled to the side, in the sun, instead of being pulled under the tarps. Was extremely fascinating to see that my post wash final touches for my car that sat in the sun for over 20 minutes was able to be completed in less than 3 minutes, when vehicles that were pulled under the tarps/covering took nearly 10 minutes each with the same number of people working on both. I do not recommend at all. Better to spend your money elsewhere
