The car wash is very nice and convenient. Don’t have issues with it. The only complaint I have is that the employees do not control the traffic appropriate when they have one lane for members and the other lane to buy one time. People must be blind also for seeing that it says membership lane and they still go in there without having a membership. Same shit different day Employees need to do their job and direct traffic

Two broken side mirrors and many surface scratches. I've been a member for years. My mirrors use to fold in but since the wash, they no longer fold and make a buzzing sound. Along with hundreds of horizontal searches on the roof of the car. But it's convenient and the workers are helpful and polite.

Staff was extremely rude to the homeless when trying to get recyclables. My family and I will no longer do service there due to that. You never know who's homeless and whose families you're impacting by being disrespectful like that. I was once homeless and won't ever act as if someone's struggle cant be my own.

Want a clean vehicle ? Come here ! It simple, cost effective and you don't even have to get out of your car, truck or Cybertruck except to vacuum it. You drive in, pay (which varies). I pay $29.99 a month for the Ultimate Car Wash (wash, wax, undercarriage wash, wheels washed, tires shine and free un-timed self-service vacuums) and there is no limit on how many times I can get her washed in the month either. Definitely worth the money at least in my humble opinion. Lancaster on Ave J west of Sierra Hwy and Palmdale, 10th St. West south of Ave P next to Trader Joe's. No I didn't get comped for this review, I wish I did though. P.S. the pictures of the wrecked car was just a little joke of mine. BTW I was driving that car when I got hit in the right quarter panel causing it to roll and flip about 6 times. Broke my neck in 3 places, 9 ribs, my Sternum, punctured a lung, broken collarbone and suffered severe head trauma, resulting in permanent brain damage which is why I do these reviews. Not much else I can do after all that.

Don't go this carwash. My tire was damaged, On April and today May 12 the brush broke the plastic left side of my mirror. All the workers unprofessional. 0 ☆ bad customers service. They should closed in Lancaster locations.

My bar code on windshield was tore up and delaminating so tech came and replaced it with a brand new one. It wasn't reading on the scanner the last two times I came in for a wash. Your computer on the tablet of tech said not active yet I had bank statement a d active on my phone app. Replacement of bar code hopefully will fix this annoying problem it holds customer beyond me up whe. I use the monthly payment plan of $19.99. It's so easy! My car gets dusty, terribly dusty, in this desert terrain. My secret weapon is Mister car wash. I can go through multiple times a day if I choose to do so. Very seldom do I have to wait in line. I am in and out in a snap. This makes keeping up with the dust a simple. It's more like a five minute break than a chore! I highly advise anyone looking for an answer to desert dust, to give Mister car wash a chance to win you over. There is a more expensive package that cleans the undercarriage and does a special tire treatment. I think it's $37. My budget affords me the cheaper of the two. Using the vacuums for the interior is free! Thank you Mister car wash!

I’ve been here a few times, but it’s been a while since my last visit to this location. I learned my lesson the first time. Most car washes try to upsell customers on different packages, yet all vehicles go through the same machine. When I asked about the “premium” package, I was told the machine performs that function automatically. To save money, I recommend choosing the basic $10 package since it offers the same results as the others. The vacuums are free, so be sure to take advantage of that. However, the area is not the best, so it’s wise to stay aware of your surroundings.

The staff is friendly, and the process is quick and easy—perfect when you just want to get in and out. My car came out looking clean and shiny, and the free vacuums are a nice bonus. Only thing keeping it from five stars is that sometimes the dryers don’t get every spot, so a little hand-drying afterward helps. But for the convenience and price, it’s definitely one of the better car wash options in the area. I’d go back for sure.

Every time I service my vehicle, it's always clean. People are always nice and very courtesy and always understanding to your name and one important thing people don't realize is I am a cable person at some time. I cannot give my car a cleaning on the inside. Sometime , I ask for a manager , and they will help me
