The Honda dealer around the corner tried charging me $100 to test and $1340 to swap an alternator, so I brought it down here to AutoZone where they tested it for free and I swapped it out in the parking lot for $165. Justin, Jose and several other employees were super helpful and helped me find the correct replacement bolts and even loaned me tools. Excellent service. Thanks!

Staff is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. They don't care to listen and talk over you. Manager Moises was not very helpful and needs to train his staff since they don't know what is under warranty when they ring you up. So don't expect a refund thinking it's under warranty. End result is Moises acknowledge his staff made a mistake but failed to make things right for the customer. INCOMPETENT, just like his staff. Jaime from commercial sold me the wrong brakes trying to upgrade his sale, possibly.

A few days ago my car kept shutting off, so I stopped by AutoZone and Edward immediately helped me figure out the problem👍He explained that I had a faulty battery and gave me several different options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. After I made my purchase, he changed the battery within minutes.
