Great customer service kids love every time we go through the car wash they are screaming and singing car wash baby! anytime I leave but my truck bed cover cover slightly open they catch it and close it for me before I go through the tunnel making sure I don't get anything in my bed wet awesome customer service

Honestly, not very impressed. I was surprised with how expensive it was. My car was very dirty but I still have to wash it myself now. 20 buck for the second best option and you have to do everything yourself, bring towels. The vacuum spot is nice. The touch less car wash I use up the street at 8.99 is a way better deal and basically same clean and I wipe it down myself too.

We went for a quick wash, I usually go to another place with the same type of automatic wash. We paid for the platinum, the guy charging us asked for “tip”… this is a machine washing the car and then I do the vaccum. Crazy! Then, we go in, very quick, the machine stops halfway for no reason. We park at the vaccums and there is no cleaning supplies, no towels, no nothing! And the car is not even clean on the outside. I do not recommend this place, go a mile down to another carwash for a better deal.

I appreciate the automatic $ taken monthly, for my frequent car wash. My 2005 Buick had always been in a garage, at the stage of my life at an independent facility it stays outside where the sprinkler system nightly causes it to not look great. Your location at a traffic light is easy for me, the employees are always smiling and seem happy to see me which makes my day !! Oh, the quality of the wash is awesome (*-*) outside car wash

Truthfully I didn't have a great first experience here and would not have been back but I got a coupon and was really in need of a car wash so decided to give it a second chance and I'm SO glad I did! Emerson was manning the booth and I explained my hesitations after my initial experience and he apologized and gave me a free wash! My initial issue was that my car didn't get clean and I saw another review that said they will let you go through again if it didn't get clean and that is apparently true and I was allowed to do so because I did have some pretty serious tree sap issues going on. Thanks to Emerson's wonderful customer service and knowing that I will for sure leave with a truly clean car I will definitely be back! Thanks Emerson and Mister Clean for great customer service!

Always attended, to guide car tires, check out cars to pretreat. I appreciate both. I also like I can stay in car and just wash, and take my own time to vacuum. Or not, if in a hurry. No need to “tip”. Also, I had been a long time customer at a nearby competitor, and when they switched to membership, in my opinion they misled me. “Sold” a 39.00 full wash membership, it billed 55.00 after one month, no mention, no notice. And at half price here!

Not only were they nice enough to honor the 24-hour receipt discount if you decide to become a member, but the whole process was easy and super fast. My car is always clean and looking great thanks to them. We also really appreciate the team outside every day welcoming customers… it truly makes the business feel friendly and inviting.

This car wash is a pretty terrible value compared to other car washes in south Florida, like MintEco or El CID Carwash for example. When you pay $20 for a wash, you’d expect the car to be clean coming out the other end. It was certainly CLEANER, but definitely left something to be desired. They offer “free vacuums” but none of the glass cleaners, mat cleaners, water jets that El Cid offers, and they charge $2 for a damp towel!! These are free at other places. Meanwhile MintEco’s staff wipes down every inch of your car afterwords for no additional charge.Just not a good value, we won’t be returning

2018 Audi SQ5 owner here, My first time going to Mister Car Wash (1833 Hypoluxo Rd Lantana was and still is a great car wash experience, though I was hesitant at first. The site manager Clay is extremely informative and very understanding. Clay goes above and beyond and I as a first customer of Mr Car wash greatly appreciate that 10 folds. I see myself going back to Mister Car Wash passing all other car washes just because of the customer service provided by Clay Griggs even though I live in Delray. I’m coming back Clay you’ll see me again boss.

Texan native visiting Florida, the long road trip left dirt, bugs and grime on our black Yukon we couldn’t wait to get rid of. We tried somewhere else and were severely disappointed with the dirt still left on the back of the Yukon and elsewhere. A couple days later we stop at Mister car wash and are greeted by a pleasant gentleman with the best guest service and pleasant attitude. The woman working the car was entrance was also professional and attentive. When we came out to look at our vehicle, we saw some first remaining, before we even moved from the vacuums, the gentleman came back over, offered a free second wash with big wash in the back to get it right. The second employee commented how our second time should be better too. Their attention to detail, friendly nature and quality of wash makes this the BEST experience I’ve had at a car wash in any state! Thank you for making her beautiful!
