The people there are nice enough. I paid $20 for a premium wash and tipped $5 (before the wash). The back of my car was still dirty. Pics attached (dirt not on the inside, I checked). Free vacuums, but no cleaner or towels like the place that was here before this company. Not gonna risk spending $25 again to get a bad wash.

Seems pointless to have 2 workers when they really aren't doing much. One was trying to sale the monthly membership while the other simple guided me for the drive through. Don't get me wrong the staff was friendly but after paying $20 for a premium wash and a $5 tip, I was highly disappointed. When I got home I realized the back was still filthy. Now I understand why at other car wash locations the staff scrub the front and back of your vehicle before it enters.

Ruined my black GMC truck paint with brush swirl marks! BEWARE!! Response to Mister Car Wash Reply: I took their advice from the response below and called the phone number. Then I went back to let them look at my truck. The manager told me that the scratches (brush swirl marks down the side of my truck) were not from their car wash, but probably from me! Thanks for wasting my time :(

The price for the car wash here is a little steep. I wasn't real pleased with the quality of the wash you get here, at best it's good or better to get the bugs off your windshield and I'd say that's about it. In a pinch then you might go here but I'd say for me I can do better in 15 minutes with a little elbow grease.

For truck owners I would not recommend. A new confusing policy was put in place where you must have everything out of the bed of your truck. Makes sense. I have a small toolbox that weighs in at 38lbs,a 15lb weight, and three traffic cones. The folks decided to reach into the bed of my truck and remove the tool box and weight without asking or informing me. Traffic cones seemed to be fine as they left those. Asked to cancel my membership and have the remaining portion, 29 days worth refunded. Per the manager, the corporate system won’t let them prorate the refund. I’ve been using this car wash for several years at this point between all my vehicles. I’ll keep it for my other cars, but done with it for my truck.

The top tier ($24) car wash didn’t get everything off my car so Aidan was very kind and helpful and let me go back through. It again, didn’t get all the junk off my car so he gave me a towel for free to get the stuff off as best I could. The car wash wasn’t the greatest by any means but Aidan made it worth it for his customer service and willingness to fix it.

Genuinely the worst car wash place I’ve ever been too. First of all, insanely expensive, other than that the person is asking for tip when you pay. Like are we actually serious. First of all, this is awkward because if you say no you would feel judged, other than that what the actual heck? Now we tip in car wash? I can’t wait for the time that I need to start tipping doctors too. The person who spray literally sprayed for one second and only the front of my car??? All the other car wash’s I have been to would spray all over my car to get off things that are stuck on paint and windows. The soap did not even smell in the car wash. My last straw was the vacuum place. On top of a 20 dollar crappy car wash and a tip I have to pay $2 for A TOWEL?? How cheap is the owner of this place? Not a single other place ever made me pay for a towel. I could use 100 of them and never have to pay. Why don’t they also make you pay for using the vacuum at this point. Will never go back.
