I'd been taking my car here for months with no issues. One day the guy directing me entering the wash failed to do so accurately (his entire job's purpose is doing this) and I felt my car hit the rail. When I came out I parked and inspected my car and sure enough my rim was damaged. I spoke with the assistant manager who took down my information and told me to speak with the GM the next day. When I did she rudely told me it takes 24-48 hours to get a response from their claims department. Flash forward to over a MONTH later and after numerous calls, checking in, and being told someone would get in contact with me I'm finally told that the claim was denied. My car was a month old and the damage was absolutely caused by this car wash, and the inattentiveness of its employee.

This is a pretty good place with a good deal on car wash memberships. You can pretty much do all the detailing you need to do at this place. In addition to the car wash itself there are bays for drying and detailing after the wash is complete. These come complete with vacuums that are always running so you can clean the interior of your car as well.

DAMAGED PAINT: This car wash has been dropping steadily this year, from missing wash areas to no rinses to the rollers nearly taking my mirrors off. Today it missed the tailgate again, However when I ran it through again the bouncing rollers scratched my camper shell. Of course the manager on site said it didn't happen there, when I just got this truck repaired 2 wks ago from the last hail damage. I just canceled my automatic payments to this place.

Today on September September 25th this went to Mr. Car wash like I do several times a week as I am a monthly customer today was a little different my license plates holder or holster it was broken and my car was the car was the paint which was chipped in the front yeah right stood outside wait waited for the general manager whose name is Kennedy shaeffer I may say was very very rude no customer service at all. The fact that it Took 35 minutes to come out to speak to me in regards to my vehicle it took me having to call corporate to speak to representative in order to get things handled then she asked where is the damage I say you clearly can see my license plate holder she then laughs and says all I see is hail damage ok what does that have to do with anything. She is clearly someone that you shouldn't have representing your Business. When I tell you that I will never do business with Mr. Car wash again I have had monthly service since I 1st purchased my car in March I will not do business with them again and I will tell friends and family not to do business with them again along with my company that I work for which I noticed that a lot of my technicians use their service this is absolutely ridiculous I do not care how small or minor someone thinks that damage is to your car when your establishment Damages a customer's vehicle you should want to do everything you can to diffuse the situation.

I forgave MCW for taking my credit card information yet failing to properly initiate my membership, thus making me late for work when I tried to stop by beforehand for a “quick” wash the next visit. I forgave them when my membership was screwed up again, this time in a different city. I forgave their terrible vacuums at multiple locations across the state. I forgave them for making it nearly impossible to digitally manage my account because they can’t find my membership disabling me from connecting my accounts (notice a theme here?). Today was my last straw. I rocked up to the Gattis School location after confirming that it would be open on Google. I know I should be shocked to find that this location is not only closed today, but will be closed for 2 more weeks…but I expect mediocrity at this point. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me umpteen times….I’ll channel the shame I feel into a review to deter others from making the same mistake of using your service.

The staff trainer at the site displays a lack of professionalism and respect. Upon entering the car wash, there was no indication of rain. Despite no prior forecast of rain, rain suddenly started pouring down while at the car wash. When inquiring about a rain policy, I was promptly informed that none existed and that membership was required. I would advise against visiting this Car Wash, not due to their policy, but because of their disrespectful treatment towards clients. Even after paying $25, customers are still treated as insignificant. The irony as I’ve discovered was that the machines damaged the top of my truck. I called both the Gattis School location and Customer Service and no one answered. Even left messages asking for a return call, zero responses besides the bot response to my review.

Overall good experience with some minor improvements needed. I signed up for the monthly package with tire shining. At some of their locations, the staff turned off the tailgate wash, and some let the machine to wash. I can understand if I have my towing hitch on, and you have to turn off the tailgate wash to prevent damages to your machine, but I have always removed the hitch before washing my truck, and not sure why is your team still turning off the tailgate wash. But then when there are times that I don't remove the towing hitch, the staff let the machine wash the tailgate!! What is this now??? Can you guys make the rules right??? So that we don't suffer over the different standards at different locations!!

Do yourself a favor and choose a different car wash. It honestly looks like I never went through the car wash and I went through twice. (That’s the only reason it’s getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because they gave me the courtesy second wash). These photos were taken about 10 minutes after the second wash.

Meh. The membership is good to have if you have a vehicle that shows dirt all the time.... but the wash isn't the greatest at getting all the dirt off. I have a black jeep- I just got home from the car wash and there is still bird poop splatter on the hood. It did nothing to remove it. Guessing I need to do 2 or 3 rounds everytime I take it. That's why I say "meh"

2 stars because the workers are very nice people. this car wash doesn't do much to clean your car, it's super fast but the $20 wash doesn't cut it. my front bumper and hood were still covered in dust and dead bugs, it looks like the brushes hadn't even touched the entire front of my car. There were other areas of the car that were still dusty and dirty. I should have taken pictures, but was in a rush to wipe down my car and get going. no towels provided to dry your car by hand, the dryers in the wash don't get the job done. the $14 HEB car wash does a much better job, im actually kind of shocked.

This is the best truck wash I have ever used..I build barns all over The Texas area and my truck gets really dirty and this car wash always gets it clean and surprisingly the rim cleaner and tire shiner works better than any other machine I've ever seen..this was always the big draw back to me on the drive thru car washes.. And then as a bonus as soon as you're done washing your vehicle they have really good vacuums for free right as you pull out.. It's $32 a month and I can use the car wash as many times as I like.. I could continuously for 10 hours a day wash my car non-stop and not a penny more.. I highly highly recommend Mister car wash
