It is a great facility, staff is friendly. I will agree that the staff does not prep vehicles well before entering the wash. It seems it would be better to just disconnect the wands and say our wash is good enough. Otherwise, it appears employees haven't been managed to do it and look lazy/don't care. Anyhow - it is one of the best carwashes in Springfield!

Mister Car Wash sells gift cards, yet they don't accept gift cards for the Unlimited Wash Club. Just beware! Not cool to sell gift cards that you can't use for their monthly club.

I just joined recently and am highly disappointed!! I pay for the most expensive membership so I expect to get what I've paid for and don't feel like I'm receiving that. I've complained twice this week. I called corporate customer service and was told I'd receive a call from the G.M. within 1-3 business days which has not happened. First complaint I was told I needed to request having my wheel area cleaned which is crazy to me because they aren't that busy. The problem is the workers aren't wanting to do their jobs. Period! End of the day when you advertise a service and product for a price and you don't give that service and price, that is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

I've always used my Sam's membership for car washes but came here to consider a membership closer to home. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable for me. I wish I was able to browse the options on my own but they have an attendant stand there and pressure you into their most expensive plan. The one I would have used (basic plus) didn't offer a monthly rate, go figure. I opted to wait and just get one car wash. He slid my card for me then asked if I wanted to tip on the card... awkward. Maybe I don't know the etiquette but I've never been asked to tip at an automated car wash... for what? I had been to a Mister a long time ago and remembered them hand drying at the end so was okay with it but that wasn't the case. I have a tip for someone to direct me into the tracks, that's it. With them looming over you, you feel obligated so your $12 car wash turns into $17. Car wash is fine but the high pressure isn't for me.

This place is open rain, flood, sleet, & shine! I enjoy washing my car too many times per week. The staff is constantly in great spirits. & I am fairly certain Brandon Newton, the store manager, resides here. He is always present & never fails to accommodate me when I have a special request!

It will definitely get your car clean, the brushes are really aggressive and will take peices of your car off, not pictured is the antennae that's missing my 4 ducks I threaded through because the car wash ripped them off, I highly recommend but make sure your car doesn't have any loose parts

I wanted to pay by myself , refused their guy’s help and i didn’t tip him, you should see his face ! Like idk to use payment method ! And this guy went to his manager and started talking crap about , me so stupid i see everything!!!!! Rude and disrespectful! Next time gonna go to different car wash, which is in front of them, they’re more nicer because car still dirty!

We have a membership and have tried several locations. This one is THE BEST - with the friendliest attendants who seem to truly enjoy their jobs. They are like a filmed commercial crew. Even the directions into the bay are top-notch, with hand signals that are better than most runway taxis.

The republic location is by far my favorite one to go to because of the staff. Other locations are bigger and have easier access to get into, however, the staff at this location recognize my car every time we go. I just start to pull in and they are already waving at me and smiling. I'm sure they do it for everyone but it does make me feel good when this location does that. No other location I have been to does anything remotely like that for me.

Good service and great pricing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I canceled my service due to moving. Staff was very friendly in helping me canceling my service. Was still able to use the car wash until my bill date ended! I highly recommend this car wash to anyone! Free vacuums with 2 different nozzles to use along with free air gun to blow dirt off engine components!

Just like the other reviews on here state. This car wash will absolute damage your car and They will give you every excuse under the sun to not make it right. The brushes are aggressive and left wipe marks all over my hood and actually took the paint off. Car has been in the shop for three days now and the manager here told me the day it happened “looked like someone damaged your car but it’s not consistent with damage from a car wash” took it to my insurance adjuster and was told”absolutely looks like damage from a car wash”. They will not take accountability for the damages and you can read from other reviews. Broke wind shields, etc this is a common reoccurrence. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH.

Had to get out of my vehicle at the vacuums and wipe the bird crap off my truck that their 20 dollar wash didn't remove. Definitely will be going to the local wash from now on and not mr corporate chain. Do not recommend. Just interested in selling their most expensive wash. Wouldn't leave the screen until I finally asked for other options. Once I was out of the truck multiple spots still dirty.
