I've visited multiple Mister Car Wash locations across the region, and two recurring issues consistently detract from the experience. First, my vehicle always requires a manual wipe-down to remove excess water after the wash. Second, and particularly frustrating, is the consistently poor performance in removing stubborn bug splatter from windshields. The suggested solution of running the vehicle through the wash a second time is unacceptable; it's a waste of time and unnecessarily exposes the car's clear coat to additional wear. Most other car washes don't have this shortcoming. As a long time customer, this windshield cleaning issue is making me seriously reconsider my membership. I hope Mister Car Wash addresses these issues promptly.

Great car wash. I selected the 19 dollar wash and it's a full sevice. Really satisfied and I'm a picky customer, worried about scratches but none. New machines and new vacuums which are FREE. Buen lugar, facilidades nuevas, vacum es gratis y las máquinas no guayan pintura

I come to the location and you guys are closed more than 30 mins when it states 7pm close time. You guys should update your time or fix something during out here for no reason is not cool and you guys are not paying my gas

Where to begin, I never rate car wash’s as I do my research before I go but this one sadly makes the list of the worst. I show up and per usual the attendant helps me out I get the tire shine package and no problem, then he asks if I would like to leave a tip… first time ever I see the machine generate that, but cool I’m assuming they will be walking around asking to help which is great but, they don’t… my car goes through and the same as most it leaves some spots, no problem I will do it myself when I get to the vacuum station…. Get to the vacuum station no towels and no products. Went here as my other location was down for the day, bad choice never go to this place even if you have to wait. Especially for the same price I go to the other ones that have all the extras.

The employees of the location on Highway 192 near medieval times was very helpful in answering my questions about all of the features that car wash had to offer me I went through the automated car wash and I like the results I went to one of the vacuum spots and use the vacuum to vacuum out the dirt and debris that was in the car the only negative I saw was that they did not have any rags to wipe down the interior of the vehicle or the glass but I saw it a sign that says if you want rags to use you'll have to go inside and get them and they cost $2

The cleanliness of this location requires immediate attention. The area appears to lack adequate monitoring. Debris was observed within the vacuuming zone. The absence of towels and cleaning sprays is also noted. This particular Mister Carwash location does not appear to meet the standards of other locations we have visited.

The main reason I use this wash is the different price options and how convenient they have vacuums stationed. So far I have had no problems regarding this particular wash, but personally I don't come here that often since I prefer to wash my car myself but when I do come its always good.

First time here after visiting friends, looking for a quick wash before the long drive home. Staff saw their wheel track was too high for our Corvette! The team found a solution with quick light pressure spray, tire shine, and some drying towels. We will definitely return with our other cars when in the area! Just left……… I arrived at 7am no one came out place was closed! Waited 5 minutes and still closed! This is the second this happens to me! Not happy! I want to put my car through a wash before getting to work!!!!!!

I attended Mister Car Wash on Feb 7th, 2023 for an exterior wash. Worst experience ever! During the wash, the large bar holding the large brush snapped and fell onto my windshield shattering my windshield and damaging the hood and area of my new Jeep. They sent me to a body shop and rented me a car while my Jeep was being repaired however gave me a really hard time advising that they would not cover the detail expense that the car rental place was going to charge me for my dog that has helped me deal with my PTSD and goes everywhere with me. This upset me the most. The error was on them and their equipment and here they are giving me a hard time about my dog when my vehicle is equipped for my dog. I asked them numerous of times as it was their equipment that malfunctioned yet I was continuously told the dog and detail of the rental car was not their responsibility. I’m extremely glad it was not a family with small children or someone else with PTSD and a service dog. Would not recommend them after all this.

I really loved it! They did a phenomenal job on my car! I got the $35 service called Super Clean. I went through the belt, parked in the Detailing Parking and two gentlemen took care of my car and truly cleaned the heck out of my car! They vacuumed EVERYWHERE, shined my rims and tires, and gave me an air freshener. I’ll definitely be back😊

We stopped there after our drive from up North, my car was bad, covered with road salt, and grime from the trip. Got the basic wash plus, ($14) which also did the undercarriage and wheels/tires, came out great, no missed spots, shiny and dry. We were very impressed, also used the free vacuums, will use again.

Went to the car wash today. Had a very minor issue so it's not even worth mentioning. I did however mention it to the Manager. Not only did he resolve it but went above and beyond customer service expectations. That is why I will be returning and giving a 5 star review. The staff is also nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
