Super nice people working here, first of all. The car wash got my car wet, but not clean. I still had to stop down the road to clean my windshield. Still bugs on the front and mirrors, with the premium wash.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal First-Time Experience – Mister Car Wash at 1208 The Oaks Let me just say — Corey, the assistant manager at this Mister Car Wash location in Kissimmee, is the real deal. I don’t normally stop in that part of town, but I’m beyond glad I did. I had some of that temporary wash-off marker on the side of my van — one of those you expect to come off with a normal wash. It didn’t. But Corey noticed it right away, came over without me even asking, and said, “Don’t worry, I got you.” He didn’t just say it — he meant it. He made sure it got fully taken care of — even had one of the team members inside scrub it off while it was going through the tunnel. I didn’t catch the young man’s name because I didn’t want to open the window mid-wash, but shoutout to him too — he was in there, getting soaked, making sure it was done right. It wasn’t just a car wash. It was genuine, above-and-beyond customer service — the kind you rarely see anymore. Props to Corey and the entire crew at 1208 The Oaks Mister Car Wash. You guys just earned a loyal customer. If you’re in the area — don’t hesitate. This is the spot.

Garbage please and Garbage employees.. my pick up came out almost same as dirty the I bring it here.. I point the guy about it and he started to say a lot of things didn't make sense.. they didn't offer cleaning it out again.. I was so disappointed the I decided to leave.. when I look back him in his co-worker was making fun of my dirty car.. what's the point of paying if your car is coming back dirty.. My suggestion is go to another place with a better machine and better customer service..

“I am writing this review to formally note my intent to pursue legal action against this car wash for property damage. My 2023 Corvette’s rear spoiler was damaged on their premises. Although the spoiler may not be a factory part, it was part of the car at the time of service, and I believe the business has a duty of care to handle all existing vehicle components responsibly. Given their refusal to address the damage, I am now in the process of suing the company to recover the costs of the repair. I hope that by bringing this matter to light, the business will reconsider its policies and take responsibility for damages that occur under their care. I am taking this step because I believe every customer deserves fair treatment and accountability when damage occurs. I hope this review encourages the business to improve their customer service policies and ensures that other clients do not face similar issues.”

Went for a car wash in my truck and the whole fender flare ripped off The guy that let me in for the car wash literally said nothing was wrong with the car going in Was told someone will reach out in a few days and nothing I called and left and email- finally someone answered said they would call back in 20 and never did . Avoid this place at all cost. Will be leaving a review on BBB as well as looking into small claims court ! They are trying to say the truck was all ready messed up When i have plenty of photo and video Footage from my house security camera

Mister Titanium Wash makes my 2021 van shine like a mirror every time! Their attention to detail is outstanding, and the commercial-grade vacuums make cleaning the interior quick and easy. I’m always impressed with the results! They also provide sparkling clean restrooms at this location.

I used to come every other day! Complained of scratches on car after wash, they said it wasn’t there machine , I check my car every wash because I know how prone scratches are with these car washes . I even have pictures of the day prior . Canceled my membership my Mercedes is now all scratched up

I purchased a new SUV and thought it was a good idea to join Mister to keep it clean. Well, nice idea, BAD choice. After a few washes, I noticed scratches across the right and left side rear of my vehicle. I brought it to the attention of the attendant / manager and they took photos and never resolved the issue since August. I noticed the same 2-3 lines of scratches across the driver’s side door handle and on the same level down at the rear quarter panel of the vehicle. Just think, who has engraved scratches on their door handle? The side brush that goes from the front of the vehicle to the rear has to be the culprit. Also, I brought to the manager’s attention that my vehicle was dirty with the marks from the top brush. PLEASE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE EVERY TIME YOU GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH. Lastly, I brought to the manager’s attention that my wife’s vehicle has similar scratches as well. The photos tell the story… BEWARE! I am sure others have the the same issue. PLEASE SPEAK UP AND VOICE YOUR CONCERNS. I am still waiting for the phone call. Let’s do the right thing here.

Save your money. Wash wasn't the worst but wasn't great and they tried to charge me for towels, They don't have any cleaning supplies. So basically I could of did this at home. Waters is 1000% better and it's right around the corner. I always wondered why it's usually dead but you fooled me once, never again

I brought my car for a quick wash at Mr car wash it’s a 2000 Teggy they broke my driver side mirror And they didn’t pay they say they are not at fault they rip stuff off you car don’t go here unless you want your car broken I will be canceling my membership
